I have worked with Kevin Kennedy & his staff twice now. The first time in 2017, when I was newly divorced and didn't believe I had a prayer in the world I could be eligible for a mortgage. Within 24 hours of submitting my documents and tax forms, Kevin called me and told me to go buy my new house!! The best news of my new life!! This past year, 2021, Kevin help my new husband and I buy a 2nd house! Keven and his staff have been excellent! They are a wealth of knowledge, super timely, warm and welcoming. I recommend Kevin Kennedy to everyone we meet!

Not only has he won numerous awards over his three decades of experience, but he spends more time with his clients than just about any out there. He wants to make sure he can provide you with value, not just a service. So that is why he won't ever push clients into an option that is not the best fit for them. I highly recommend Orlando Financial Center for financing your home. I worked with Eddie throughout the process of purchasing my first home in 2014. Eddie and the rest of the team are very responsive, knowledgeable, polite, honest and professional. They always make you feel like you're part of the family. I still get holiday and birthday greetings from them every year. I reached out to Eddie in 2021 while shopping for a bigger home for a growing family. Eddie ran my numbers and provided me his honest feedback. My family ultimately went with a VA loan through another lender but Eddie was still available if I had questions or needed consulting services. Update 2022: I had such a great experience with Eddie & team that I used them again to do my refinance. Great experience, great advice, great rate and great staff! Smooth experience from beginning to end. I can’t recommend them enough!! I always end up saving money in the short term and long term with them & they’re just so pleasant to work with. Thank you again!I’m a little late on writing my review, as I closed on my house Nov 2017, but I just had to share my great experience. All of the team at Orlando Financial Center were really great - I even did some last minute rate shopping and found they didn’t have the fees similar companies had, so I ended up getting a lower rate and lower overall cost by going with them. I’m considering possibly refinancing due to the current low rates, and I’ll definitely be calling them if I decide to do this.Thank you to the team for making my first home buying experience smooth and as simple as it can be! :)

We loved working with Eddie. He was the most knowledgeable mortgage broker we have ever worked with. We also spoke with 5 different mortgage brokers and he just blew us away with his expertise. His experience is vast and was able to inform us of any future issues before they happened. He also spent so much extra time with us answering questions. I greatly appreciated his expertise and will always use him when we look into purchasing a new home. He was extremely professional and has some funny jokes too. Thanks for all your help Eddie!

Nancy was my absolute rock during my dream home purchase. Navigating the Orlando market is tough at best during these times and with nearly every bump in the road a buyer could run into, Nancy had a solution. She is knowledgeable, fun and a straight shooter. I felt like she was my partner and that getting my home meant as much to her as it did to me. We just purchased our THIRD home using Orlando Financial Center. We won't use anyone but Lourdes and her team (Juliet and Iliana). They are amazingly professional, knowledgable and supportive. No matter how many questions I bombard Lourdes with, no matter how stressed out and manic I become during the process, she never wavers from the calm disposition we have come to know and appreciate. A fantastic team of Girl Power!

WOW - what else could I say about a team of professionals who went OUT OF THEIR WAY to ensure my wife and I were able to buy our dream home in Mt Dora?!?
