8/19/24 my car was towed to Dodge due to heating issues. I was sent a text message by my service advisor Juan. At 7:08pm, no follow up so I asked for an update and was told there wasn't any. It wasn't until Wednesday I received an update and it had to do with heater hose and it was recommended to change thermostat as well. I had to get a rental car in the mean time. Throughout this whole time, I am getting no follow up unless I am asking. Wednesday I asked for a status, no parts, Thursday I ask for a status and was told ETA on parts is today and latest repair completion tomorrow, Friday. All day Friday no update I asked only to find out no parts arrived; why couldn't that be communicated?? So here I am going on a week without my car and with a rental. Spoke to Nikki and she refunded some of the rental expense. I go pick up my car and found water bottles all over, and my check engine light STILL ON! Since I had to go to work, I text Juan right away and was told to bring it back, and I did. I go in to speak to a manager, I was told to wait for Nikki to come in, which took an hour and still no manager. They then had me speak to Shelby (service manager). They ran the code and it said Humidity Sensor. He then told me they can get me a price for replacement. Why would I have to pay for that? They had my car for a week, ran multi-point inspection/ran the codes, gave me a diagnostic, I agreed to the fix, only for you to negligently give me my car back with the engine light still on and now requesting more money on something you missed? They have wasted my time and I spent $1,534 for repair only for them to miss something. This has been the worst service experience I've had to deal with.

I wish I would’ve read all the 1 star reviews before coming here for service. It’s also odd that after a negative review they have so many people all of a sudden giving them 5 stars… don’t trust it, they are probably paying for positive reviews. I took my car to Jeep airport and the issue I had on my car was resolved within a day— these people were telling me a fictional story of why it would take longer with them

Where do I start!! Don’t walk but run away!!! I was told the truck I wanted to see was on a holding lot. When I arrived after driving a hr and a half I find out it’s not on a holding lot but at another dodge dealer in Orlando. Instead of sending me to the dealer where the truck was located they still had me come here. I’m guessing so they get the sale and commission in case I decide to get that truck. But first they extensively try to get you to purchase something on their lot first. So we look at the Ram 2500 on their lot I looked it over and I will list what I found later as I get further along in what transpired next. I told them look I’m not interested in this one and would like to see the best possible price on the truck I came for so we could see if we could make a deal and they could get the truck there I came to see to look it over. The sales man went in to get the price and comes back and he comes back with a total price of 53k now the truck is listed for 46k online so I asked why it’s higher here’s the kicker obviously you are going to have taxes and tags, but they also added $2,800 in “dealer reconditioning” and other fees totaling another $3,500-4k on top of the price. This was the first time someone has ever given me the best price on a vehicle and it being more than the asking price. Now onto the so called “ dealer reconditioning fee” for the truck that went from 46k to 53k one tire was wore right down on the front Driver side so probably bad ball joints or something needed fixed and tire replaced, the truck was not cleaned inside stains on the seat etc., I noticed the truck had oil leaking all over and down the pan the salesman states it was probably from the oil change that was “just done” but the oil was black black definitely not changed even if it was just from changing the oil with a almost 3k reconditioning fee they couldn’t wipe the pan!!! Run Run Run while you still can!! Go somewhere else this place sells snake oil!!!!!

I came back because my service advisor is gone. I have the Jeep credit card but this 3% surcharge is making me again reconsider.

I had the best service advisor I could ask for! Nazemul was kind, and very informative. He made things very easy for me, he kept me in the loop, he made sure I understood all of their recommendations. The porters, Val & Reggie were also very kind and helpful! I was in and out of service quickly and my car was returned to me in the same condition I left it. Thank you so much!

SAVE YOUR TIME. I do not recommend going here for service at all. Service staff STARTED friendly and then became hostile after they could not fix ONE issue on my car after the 5th visit… a complete waste of my time. On top of that they never replaced the motor cover for my Jeep after service— which took over a month for them to order and a bunch of questioning when picking up. Also asked them to check my car for a recall, where my Service ‘advisor’ told me they don’t do it there— I later found out that I had ‘signed’ for them to not do. My car spent over +10 cumulative days in the shop for the same issue to not be resolved, and more issues to be added on top… a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. If you do encounter a negative experience… I recommend contacting Jeep Corporate directly. I will be taking my car elsewhere— I will never go back here.
