We were in Orlando on vacation and we needed laundry services before a cruise. We found the place by chance and we were not disappointed. Customer service is very efficient. Self-operation is very friendly.

Orlando Cleaners was easy to use! Love having the self- service and clothes were ready when they said it would be. Only gave it 4 stars because I wish they would have a list of their prices of how much each piece would cost. I thought the price would show at the end when you’re punching in your info but it doesn’t.
Other than that, I would recommend!

On Saturday September 21st I dropped off a Suede skirt for dry clean at 1:49 pm ( wrote a note about the fabric). As it was my first time using their service I called on the screen for assistance and I let them know the material of the skirt and I was told that they are used to handling the fabric. It was supposed to be ready for pick up on Tuesday the 24th. Got there on Tuesday and for my surprise the on the screen said “ you have no order to pick up”, so I used the phone on screen again and I was told by Kim that the new employee thought the material was cotton so in that case I needed to agree to pay $94 for the dry cleaning. I didn’t agree and then Kim told me I could pick up my skirt on Wednesday 25th after 5pm .
Today I went there for picking up my skirt and guess what? My skirt is not there. Why? I don’t know . I user the phone call on screen again, spoke to Kim, heard that I would get a call back to let me know thew new day to pick up my skirt and I’m writing it down now because I haven’t had any call back so far. I’m so frustrated with the service and I hope nothing bad has happened to my skirt. From my experience I do not recommend this place. Better go to a in person service.
I’ll get back here to update how long it took to get my skirt back and if it had any damage.

This business is one of the best dry cleaners I have used their pickup and drop organization , which is 24/7 is incredible the up charge for faster turnaround is very fair and not costly I got my Zara sports coat cleaned and smelling like new - I will be back here!

This dry cleaner was better before it became automated. The last few years the quality has decreased. Also, the capability to remove stains has not been the same. I’ve sent a couple dresses in to get cleaned. They were completed and had a note saying everything had been removed. When I got the garments home there was still a stain. I’ve been disappointed the last few times I’ve used this cleaner. Currently, looking for a new one.

This was a great experience, I was able to drop off my cloths and pick them up when I was free and did not have to worry about store hours. The instructions were easy to follow and the app was helpful but not required. I will defiantly be using these services again!

This was my first experience with a fully automated cleaning service. We were in Orlando for a convention and needed to have a suit cleaned. I googled for a cleaners and was surprised to find that this was opened on a Sunday, so that's where we went. We were also surprised to discover the automated process; but, we chose to give it a try. All went very well. I did call once not realizing that they had sent an email when the suit was ready for pick up. They were propmt in answering the phone and politely gave me the answers that i was seeking. It's good to know that if there is a problem, there are people available to help.

Quick and easy! Thankfully, Orlando Cleaners is communicative. Their reminders helped me remember that I had a suit in the cleaners. As a person with ADHD, the reminders came in clutch. The 24 hour access made the transaction and retrieval so effortless. I did my pick at 3 am. I highly recommend the 24 hour cleaners. Not just because of the process, but because my clothing looked like new too.
