We had to leave our rental early in the morning and take all our luggage with us, even though our flight wasn't leaving until that evening. I heard about this place weeks before we flew out there, so I contacted them in advance for some information... And I'm glad I did. They only charged $5 per bag and was willing to hold it for most of the day. It gave us time to do some last minute shopping and to get some lunch. When we returned, our bags were as we left them. All locked up and secure. They even had weight scales available for us to weigh out bags, just like at the airports. So we could adjust each bag and know which ones could hold our stuff we just bought. Then it was off to the airport with no trouble or worries. For us, the cost was way worth it. And not too far from Disney Springs, so getting back and forth using Uber/Lyft was easy. The next time we're in town, we'll use them again.

My friend and I stored our luggage here for a few hours while we walked around the factory outlets, killing time before our late flight. Really nice that we could keep it there for free! Easy drop off and pick up!

Excellent customer service. My husband and I got off a cruise ship at 8 am and couldn’t check into the house we rented until 4, so we were scrambling to find something to do and what to do with our bags. Orlando Baggage Storage popped up on a google search, thank goodness. We showed up without calling and checked 5 bags there for a few hours. They did not charge us because of the limited time.

We arranged for a pick-up of our baggage at one hotel and drop off at another a week later. It was very easy to work with your company and you made something that could have been especially challenging for us, very easy.

Really great experience with this company. Larney was always prompt to pick up or drop off bags. We used this company twice, when we got into Orlando early and couldnt check into our airbnb and then on the last day where we neeeded to store the luggage and then have it delivered to the airport. Its perfect and great customer service.

I'm late in getting this in, but they made a great trip wonderful by storing our "too many" bags for an extended period so we could travel around for a month without having to schlep the excess. Then when we returned to FL and needed the stuff in the stored bags they were there safe, sound, and clean! These guys a great!

Excellent service throughout. Wrote an email to Book and arrange everything and it was such an easy transaction. They came to pick up the luggage at our hotel and delivered it at the airport right on time. Trustworthy, flexible (we asked them to be 30 minutes later than originally scheduled), and professional. Highly recommended.

We had a very unfortunate experience, I'm sorry to say. After 5 months in the US we were headed home from MCO late in the evening. We arranged for these guys to pick up our 8 pieces of luggage (for late delivery at the airport) so that the entire family could enjoy Orlando one more day. Initially the communication was clear and swift, and the deal and pickup time was agreed two weeks in advance through email. In the morning for the pickup, I sent a text and Google Maps-pin to the driver to double-confirm the address and did not hear back. I called when they were 20 minutes late, and the attitude of the operations manager was not good at all. Since we had such a different understanding of the agreement (or, non-agreement as per these guys), I wish they'd considered looking into a couple emails and possibly calling us back afterwards. Instead, there seemed to be no way of reasoning and I lost both trust and patience. I am giving an extra star out of the fact that the operations manager called back later after having looked into the matter. He apologized profusely and offered to help out for free, but I was not about to entrust 8 chock-full suitcases with them after the reaction to my initial call. We decided to go with a giant Lyft instead and spending the day at the airport (not great). To sum up, mistakes can happen but when the customer says he's got written confirmation of an arrangement it should at least trigger some curiosity as to why the customer says so when you believe there's no deal.

My family and I were in Orlando to go on a cruise. Of course we got in sometime at the parks so we had a way to many bags to take on the cruise with us. This place was awesome. It was easy to get to at the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet near Disney. Cheap too. When we got back we had them meet us at the airport with the bags. Right on time no worries. Would use them again. Thanks guys
