Exceptional service at O'Reilly Auto Parts on 14601 E. Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32826! I bought headlamps in December 2022, and when I finally had my car serviced in May 2023, I discovered I had only brought one lamp. Fernando, the staff member, went out of his way to locate the missing headlamp, which had been in their stock for over a year. A special thanks to O'Reillys for the outstanding customer service and for keeping the part safe for so long. Highly recommended!

(Please read it)Jefferey is a good racism guy that look at Asian faces by half of the eyes. Giving me an oil filter which has been opened. I asked for a new oil filter after, but asking yourself Jefferey, do you want to come to the shop to buy a new stuff or you want to buy the opened one? . However, I’m giving 5 star for all the staff here who is very helpful and friendly.
