May 1st 7:30pmWalked into the store. No welcome in or acknowledgement. Instead Mr.Williams on his phone scrolling through who knows what not being aware or attentive. However I help myself for what I need. I say hello and he just ignores the fact that I said hi. Then we continue with purchase and I checkout. Suddenly I remember that I had a caliper that I had purchase like 2 weeks ago that was in my truck, so I figured why not return it now. He then says “well you didn’t buy that here”i said “yes I did” Then he says “well nothing popped up when I put your number so if you don’t have receipt I can’t help you”. I said “well it’s impossible cause I buy here all the time” He says “i don’t like this” you calling me a liar” so instead of me spazzing out I keep my chill and ask to run my number again. So he does and soon realize that I did purchase it there. However he took very long looking at my history and using the keyboard then turns the screen and say you see you didn’t buy it here… now I know for a fact he was being prideful and either erased it or showed me another screen cause he didn’t want to feel like I won. But it’s ok I will find my receipt online. This guy doesn’t deserve this position and lacks of work ethic and respect. I never had a problem at this location until this time with this individual.

I went in to inquire about getting rotors turned. It has a very slight warp in the rotor. Manager was not knowledgeable about turning rotors. He wanted to charge me more than double. I've turned rotors many times in my shop that I don't have anymore. He was so difficult that I left and took my business to Advance Auto who treated me much better. This parts store lost the hundreds of dollars that I would have spent there that day. I was buying parts for multiple vehicles today. Cut off your nose to spite your face manager. Now I will not ever go back to the store. No wonder there is never anyone in that store. Saturday Nov 12 at noon.

Manager (male) on duty 10/24 at 3:04pm needs some customer service skills. Maybe don’t try to blame customer for your errors. Big attitude for a customer facing position. Go to Autozone or Discount auto next door.

It’s a new store it’s not much to say about it it’s clean now the employers or older gentleman watching me like if I’m gonna steal something when I just went to get some car soap make me feel very uncomfortable I should’ve just went to AutoZone or advance auto where I always go I don’t need workers behind my neck, I’m a hard-working person that pays taxes
