While on vacation my vehicle died right at a major offramp. After getting helped by the Rangers and a Trooper, doing a bit of research and making a call to the nearest toyota dealership to confirm, it turns out the "RSS" in my hometown in Alabama sold me the wrong battery and my car sucked that battery dry faster. The guys understood my problem and got me a warranty exchange fast(to not upset my lyft driver) to get me home...and have a proper argument with that store manager about his Commercial Manager knowledge...I was more than happy to spend my money at that store, because of the staff, for a yellow top optima, if they had that specific group in stock.

Today I went for the first time to this O'Reilly and the Hispana who served us with a rude, ill-mannered woman. I will not return again and I do not recommend it. It was around 6 PM
She scanned the product twice and it was not what she had to charge and my husband told her so and she was very rude.

I tried to buy windshield wipers here they literally have a sign that says free installation and they didn't want to help put them on, even though I was having trouble, the guy working (an older man named Bernard) didn't even care, worst customer service ever, I'm never going back here again, thanks for nothing guys, guess I'm driving with one windshield wiper now in the rain ?

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t change any auto parts, told me I had to do it myself, were not friendly and knowledgeable at all. Overpriced and unreliable batteries. Save yourself the trouble and go to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts right up down the street (less than a 1/2 mile north).

Today I went to the store 11/5 at approximately 11AM. I needed a tail light bulb for my 2014 Lexus RX350.A young lady assisted me and may be new. She was not able to locate the bulb size and requested assistance from who I will assume is the store manager.She took my phone to point out the tail light that I needed the light for. He didn’t move.After I noticed she was not making progress.I requested assistance from the manager directly who may have been on his phone. He appeared hesitant to assist.He stated that there was not able to find a bulb. I requested a more in depth review since it’s impossible that they could not find the bulb for a tail light.His response was. Well, you can take out the tail light and bring it and then I’ll know the size of the bulb. I said nothing and went to Advanced Auto Parts. In less than 2 minutes they were able to find the bulb I needed.This is pathetic service. I’ll never return to this location.
