Who helped me last night was excellent. 2/21/24. I came in needing a battery and left very happy with a Marine die hard and payed less than I thought I would. Thank you so much. Wish I would of caught his name . There was only two men there they were both extremely nice and helpful.

I was going to buy a battery for someone else at this location (Union Park, FL) on the evening of Wed., May 15 and Sam at the register was terrific! He spared no detail in not only doing the lookup on his computer, but in telling me about the battery's warranty, the value, what my options were. There are places where the employee just wants to sell you something--but not this one. Keep up the wonderful work, Sam! You're a real credit to O'Reilly's!!

Honestly, the best service I’ve experience at an auto parts store. My friend and I broke down across the street and this store was our saving grace. Dre and the rest of the staff were so kind and let us borrow a funnel and paper towels for the oil. Live laugh love O’Reilly!

Arrived at 7:30 which is when they open.Checked door and they were locked Me and another customer became a bit irate when it became 15 min+ and store is still not open. At least communicate with us what is happening if systems or maybe even short staffed. Poor communication. I understand things happen but don’t give leniency with subpar communication

My car battery needed changing and other auto care places were charging much more than I thought they should so I called here and Jose was extremely helpful over the phone listing all the car batteries they have in stock that were compatible with my car and then even helped me install it at no additional cost for labor. Would highly recommend!
