My husband and I attended an Indian wedding, and were very anxious to have our Indian attire cleaned carefully. After much research, I decided to entrust our beautiful clothing to Orchid Cleaners. I am so glad we went to Orchid. EVERYTHING was professionally cleaned and looked wonderful: saris, lehengas, cholis, dupattas, sherwanis and pants, and turban. Shay (customer service) was so helpful: she took our order, double-checked everything, and called over Elsye. Elsye, the cleaning professional, explained what cleaning methods would be used and how delicate embroidery and embellishments would be spot cleaned. I felt confident that she was experienced with ethnic garments and could be trusted. The service was fast and the staff was professional and friendly. Thank you, Orchid Cleaners!!

I’ve been using Orchid for several years. Great work and better customer service. Recently I left $20 in my shirt pocket and totally forgot it. When I picked up the shirts they had it waiting in an envelope for me. It’s great to be a client of people with such integrity!

I’ve tried other cleaners in town, Orchid is by far the best. Every single person who works here is incredibly friendly, helpful and detail oriented. Never have to worry about anything going wrong, they take great care of whatever it is we drop off from work clothes, to bedding or even antique or very fragile materials. They always tell me a pick up date and it’s done a day or two before. The delivery option makes life a breeze as well. Highly recommend this business and all the folks that work there

Only negative thing I have to say, is that I’m not allowed to leave a higher review. My family and I, have been coming here for about 2 1/2 years. And they have once still not disappointed us. They always do an amazing job with our garments, always leaving with almost brand new articles of clothing each time. Not only is their dry cleaning services immaculate but their customer service is 10/10. Maria who took care of us last night, was an absolute joy. It’s wonderful to see a place where customer service is so lovely. To give you a picture, I went in to pick up my suit and my wife’s dress and stayed and talked to them for almost 30 minutes. To us, it is absolutely lovely being able to talk to the person behind the counter as a human and not just a worker trying to get us out of their face. Kudos to Orchid cleaners.

Excellent service! I found this place while searching online for a reliable dry cleaner. I’m attending a wedding next week, and I wanted my dress to look and smell fresh. It had been sitting in my closet for over a year, but after taking it to Orchid Cleaners it feels and smells brand new! Quick turn around time too—I was notified that my dress was ready in 2 days of taking it in. Thanks for the wonderful job Orchid Cleaners!!!
