Don't come here and expect to stand in line to check out in less than 10 minutes. There are only 3 employees and 2 are just standing around chatting with each other while the other troubleshoots a computing issue. This didn't appear to be a big issue with the employees, so I'll assume that the lack of urgency is something that is common here.

Very fun spot to take the kids, especially after streaming the entire movie series! Taking photos in front of Buzz and Mr. Potato Head was a blast and so many gifts and toys to choose from. Definitely an awesome time!

Such a smaller store than it used to be. Still has a decent selection but we did have to search other stores for the toy we were looking for.

We went here only to find the original Toy Story figures. Sadly, they were pulled from the shelves a few months ago.We did, however, load up on all the new ones they had. It’s a nice place but I didn’t see anything you can’t find anywhere else.

Visited this store last Tuesday, and the cast/employee there, JeronG, was a pleasure to talk to! They deserve high praise for being so polite and courteous, and helping me find a few things as I only had some idea of what I wanted. On Wednesday, NanakaM was also excellent, and helped me out as I wanted to get another gift for my mom, but couldn't seem to find what she might've wanted in some of the other stores. "To Infinity and Beyond!"

It's a regular store like any other at Disney but wath really make it special was a lady that was so nice with us I don't remember her name but she was so special with my doughther... the only bad thing there is the cashier, a redheaded girl who is very annoying and even racist.

Once upon a toy is a cute Toy Story themed toy store located In the extremely popular Disney springs outlet malls and entertainment district. Like most Disney toys and accessories in This area they are pricey and they have a lot of the same merch as the other Disney shops. The decor and setup here is what makes this shop a unique experience. Overall it was a fun visit and whileWe chose not to purchase anything we had an enjoyable time just browsing.

The store is wonderful and all, but they have no Disney Villans or anything similar. Plus, it's just a smaller version of the Disney store that's right around the corner. It's not that special, but if you're one of those crazy people that needs to have everything Disney, I guess this is your place.

This store is right across from Pin Traders and on the way from there to Tren-D/World of Disney and we were almost going to walk past it, but one of our friends in our group is a massive little green aliens fan from Toy Story and we saw the Toy Story vibes spilling out of this store and popped in! LOVED this place! It was chock full of not just Toy Story stuff but all Disney-related toys and plushies. I picked up a sleepy Stitch that is now my bed companion and SO cozy! There are so many cute items in here that I think are very popular and it's just easier to appreciate them all in a smaller store rather than have to sift through a giant store for the same items! I frankly am not even sure if these items can be found at World of Disney or not, but I didn't see the sleepy stuffed animals in too many other places, so I highly recommend Once Upon a Toy!

We waited outside for Santa for about 45 min. Then, after being called we walked in the door and was told we could come back 45 mins later because he is taking a break. Becca the manager was not helpful at all. She just kept saying the same thing over and over. This is very poor customer service. We will never come back to this shop again. This maybe be the friendliest place on earth but not that store. Extremely disappointed in a place that is supposed to be for kids. They couldn’t even accommodate one child. That’s sad. Marry Christmas to us I guess.

Was in line to see Santa. Came at our assigned time and was told Santa was on break and we waited an additional 30 mins until he finally came back out. I was lap told I could not have my stroller while others were allowed to have theirs in line. We planned on the time that was set and by the tome he come out the baby was too tired. Rude customer service by the workers as well.We will not be doing this again.

This shop is the shop for kids. Every thing is toys! The shop itself is adorable with a train on the ceiling and buzz lightyear outside to greet you. They have puzzles, dolls and stuffed animals. There are some mystery bag toys as well. They also have bubble wands and honestly so much more!

Wandering through Disney Springs at Walt Disney World, this store beckons you in with its whimsical name that tells you all you need to know: it's filled with toys from & inspired by the many fantastic Disney features & stories told through the company's almost century of operation. Yes, given what you can find in countless other stores in the parks & Disney Springs itself, it may not seem as unique as some other offerings in this shopping center, but it's still very much worth a look inside.

If you’re a Toy Story fan, you’ll really love this store as it has every character from every Toy Story movie! I highly recommend checking it!

A fun place to shop for toys, prices do vary, but there some great deals here that may be hard to find outside of Disney's parks.
