“Took my daughters suv to have a flat tire checked out. Mona Lisa got one of the mechanics to check it out. 2 of them checked the tire for about 15 minutes finding nothing wrong. They put the tire back on and put the spare away. I asked her how much and she said nothing, WOW. Living in Miami and my daughters in Orlando I have to come up every time somethings wrong with their cars. Last time had a bad experience with another shop so I came here. The service and professionalism was awesome. I told Monalisa that they just got a new customer. I told my girls that whenever they need anything to go see her. Thank you so much. I feel at ease knowing you’ll look after them. ??”

Once diagnosed, they telephoned me before proceeding. They provided cost and time estimates and had the work completed to my full satisfaction. The manager on duty (Nick) showed genuine concern for all of my needs. They kept me informed throughout the entire time. All of the work was performed exactly as promised within a very reasonable amount of time. They told me the items that will need my attention in the near future as well as down the road. “We broke down on the turnpike late Thursday. We call several places and none were open. We finally talk to Rikers and they couldn’t have been more understanding and nice. They were closed when we got there but they had a safe place to put the keys and called us back first thing in the morning. They fix my CV Axle Friday and had the van back that night. The price was great and they take care of veterans. Highly recommend them.”

“I had a flat, I own a RAM 1500, and know a days getting tires plugged isn't recommended, but patching is. The difference for me is the price, im very tight on money right now, and patching is ideal, but this place worked with me. I'm truly grateful, in and out in less than 15 mins. “I just realized I hadn't posted a review for Abe yet, but me and my family have been going to him for the last couple years since we moved to the area, and I could not recommend him more. He will always do a great job at the repair, and never trys to upsell you on things. He will break down what repairs are necessary, and what you can potentially put off if you need to save the money for a later time (which who doesn't right now) seriously, if you are having a mechanical issue with your car, go here.”

“No appointment. Just drove there because I had a tire issue. I've been going there for years. They said I needed a new tire so we arranged to have one there for later in the day. In the meantime, I went ahead and got an oil change while I was there. They said they would call me when the tire arrived. I received a call a few hours later and when I returned, they replaced the damaged tire with the new tire and I was guickly on my way. Some new faces there but I can honestly say, I have always had good service from this location.”

I only live 2 blocks away and would sometimes go to Altamonte to get my service done there because the people that used to work here just had bad attitudes all the time.
