Donavon Smith (Account Executive) provided excellent customer service during my process to purchase new conference room seating for agency executives. He was very conscientious of my concerns and considered them when recommending the styles/types of chairs. additionally, Donavon was proactive in his communications with me during the shipping process to ensure the chairs were delivered to our preferred location on time.

Shoutout to Matt who helped my husband and I find an affordable desk. We are on a tight budget and Matt was understanding and showed us all our options. We left with a great little desk that will be perfect for our home. Matt and another gentleman helped us load the desk into our small SUV which is greatly appreciated. Thanks again Matt!

I googled used furniture and this kept coming up. I tried to call them and they didn’t answer. So I drove all the way there from Sanford to downtown Orlando to find out that you have to sign in a bunch of information on an iPad as the receptionist does not exist and it is not a normal store. It also didn’t look like there was anything used. Everything was new and very expensive from what I could see around the corner. No one checked on me and it was obviously not as advertised. What is this place that you have to have an appointment to shop and they make it so difficult?

Reasonable pricing and good selection. Their signature line is great quality and modern. Bought all the desks for the office 2 years ago and now for a home office too

Website advertised a good deal on a specific chair. When I arrived at the store they did not have the chair. The employee told me the website is never accurate. Definitely felt like a bait and switch. Show room was dimly lit and full of filthy chairs. Employee tried to sell me a used chair that looked like you could catch a disease from it. Thoroughly disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

I visited this place Monday August 9. The staff was excellent and the inventory on hand will furnish a one room office or large building.Caleb and Adam pulled no stops in letting me see that any office need I might have can be met in one stop.

This was a great company. They showed me desk options. They helped me find a new reception desk and beat the competitors price. Also when I had trouble with building it they gave me help over the phone. Especially now during the pandemic the process was smooth and as promised.

I have been a happy customer in the past and that was why I returned. Dietrich met me at the door and took me around to the available used chairs. He was very familiar with what was onsite and what I was looking for. I found 2 with a fair price and bought them on the spot.A huge shout out to the crew in the back that handles the loading dock. I have never seen so many pleasant, helpful attitudes when I came to pick up the chairs. I had to make two trips because of the size of my car and the second time was just as rewarding. They took it out to my car and made sure I had each chair securely tied down. Please post this in the back so they know their efforts and attitudes are appreciated.

Stopped in here to check out stand up desks since we are working from home. Will took great care of us, greeting us as soon as we walked in and provided expert knowledge with options and combinations for desks. I can't say enough about the great customer service!

Excellent service, selection, and pricing. William P. responded to our online query for a new home office chair. When we arrived at the store he took us straight to their extensive collection all within our requested price range. We were so impressed we ended up buying two chairs. He was friendly, professional, and quite helpful. Would definitely recommend searching here for any and all of your office furniture needs.

Was able to find some nice little “second hand” office chair, that was from some office liquidation. Our seller was very nice and patient with us trying and seating on their chairs even tho we came there about 10 min before closing. 100% recommend

*Writing this text after I got the response below (initially I just rated it without any word saying)*This is so funny. I’m a real person. I left only this one review.Let me explain why 1 star.Their sales associates were not helpful at all, even a little mean and rude.I was given to understand that my budge it too low for their store.I found them on Facebook, their ad said that their computer chairs start at $49, I was looking for something up to $200. The cheapest chair they actually had was $199, not the best quality and not good for using it for 8 hours every day with only 2 year warranty (I found better chair for lower price with 6 year warranty in the other place)I was not feeling safe while approaching their location and in the parking (area looked like a bad neighborhood).And now this response (absolutely not professional) made me sure i would never come back or recommend them
