I am wanting to write a review on my experience I had at office depot. I walked in to receive my banner that I placed in the morning before 2 so I knew it would be done by the time they closed so that's why I came closer to closing. Keep in mind I hadn't received my confirmation yet but I knew it was going to be sent to me soon. So as I am in line an employee starts asking people what they are in line for so she can take care of pick-up orders efficiently. I answered her saying I was there for pick up and she had told me rudely that I needed to go closer to talk to her. Her energy was rude and I felt it from the beginning. I am always understanding of people but this employee spoke to me in a way you should not speak to someone when you want to help them. I then waited as she went to get my order and another lady said that it was currently getting printed and that it would take 5 to 10 minutes, which was perfect! The first lady came back and was told that it wasn't ready by another employee and she immediately said that I need to wait for a text before coming into the store to ask about my print job. The tone and energy of this lady was extremely rude. I don't speak up a lot when I'm in situations like this one but I had to tell her that the way she was talking to me was rude. I then asked to speak to a manager and was informed by surrounding employees that she was the manager. She stood there and didn't say anything and when i said she was speaking rude she gave me a face and said in what way. I then said i would like the information to speak to her boss and she walked away. During the whole interaction from the very beggining the other workers were looking at me being spoken to so rudely. They looked almost sorry for the way the manager was speaking to me. One gentleman even said I'm so sorry with the way she is speaking. This was my third time coming into this location , and things have always been so great until this time..I came in with a good energy and immediately felt an energy of someone who did not want to help and did not enjoy helping others. I hope this reaches the right team, and possibly more people speak up because I know there has to be another incident like this one with the same lady. I did not get her name but she had short hair, older lady and the manager. For reference of when this happened was a little after 6 on on Friday June 7th at 4161 Town Blvd, Orlando, FL 32837.

Vwry rude and tuff employees, they don’t even allow to paid my stuff when i am inside the store because there is 1 minutw lwft to close the cashier. I understand if the customer is outside but not inside the store. So i have to left my items and leave the store.

This OfficeMax I go to now is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have no issues with this store.

I felt like a burden asking questions in the print department. The young lady that was at the counter seemed as if she didn't want to be at work today and didn't care to provide good customer service. Her answers to my questions were short and incomplete. She just seemed like she didn't want to be bothered. I will be finding another Office Depot to shop at.
