The Print Team is the best in the business. Tiffany and KJ are simply incredible. Especially Tiffany. I had a problem with a double sided print job not being perfectly centered on both sides and couldn’t figure out what to do and Tiffany solved it by adjusting the print settings with a math equation. On another job, they helped prepare a certiorari petition for the United States Supreme Court, which has the most stringent specs in the legal world. 40 certiorari booklets prepared to perfection. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Rude clerk, to say the least. (The previous 6 words don't even begin to capture my previous post. I've never had an Office Depot product or employee make it thru your obvious censors.)

Came in and needed some cards printed for a VIP event my business is hosting. Alex was SO helpful I genuinely could not have done it without him. Super knowledgeable about printing options, expedited the whole process and was genuinely kind throughout our interaction. I've always been a staples girl but I'll be back to Office Depot simply because of Alex's amazing customer service. Thank you!!

The self-printing functionality is not very well functioning. There were three documents that it would not print. When I asked the staff for help they just asked me to try again. When I tried again it still didn't work. When I asked for more help they said try on another machine. The next machine also did not help when I asked if they could just print it behind the counter for me. I was told they'd have to ask a manager. They didn't ask a manager. They didn't call anybody over. The staff here was so incredibly unhelpful. If you need to print I suggest you go somewhere else because the staff here will not help you.

I have utilized the Copy Center at Office Depot for years. The copiers make it very easy to copy, fax, scan and email documents. The staff is readily available to address issues, answer questions and assist customers with their copiers.
