I had an amazing experience working with the next path team! They were thorough from the beginning to end and the entire process was easy and more importantly super comforting. I wanted to specifically call out Reagan in the Orlando office- she was super knowledgeable and attentive but she was also very personable, from the beginning I felt like we had an instant connection and she was so easy to talk to and work with it felt like more of a friendship vs a recruiter candidate relationship, something I’ve never experienced before when working with a staffing agency. I really appreciated working with her and I knew I was in good hands with the next path team.

NextPath was great to work with. Megan and Amy both worked really hard to get me set up (and hired) with a role that aligned almost perfectly with what I was looking for. They both did a great job of prepping me for the interviews and Amy even met me on site for my final round. Megan and Amy were both super supportive during the process.

Stephanie Cassle and Rosa Manges were extremely efficient in their efforts to bring my talents to their client's attention. I have never seen or heard of a role being filled faster than what they accomplished between their client and myself. After speaking with Stephanie and Rosa to their satisfaction, I spoke to their client on Thursday and Friday and had a signed offer letter in my inbox Monday morning that satisfied all parties. I think this is also a testament to how well they listened to and understood their client's needs and expectations.In the end, I am thrilled with the opportunity that was presented to me through their efforts, and I would recommend their services to any prospective employers and candidates alike. These are intelligent, honest, hardworking, and considerate people.

I can't say enough kind words about my experience with NextPath - Kelli in particular. Throughout the entire process, she was transparent, asked me all of the important questions up front, and kept me updated multiple times a week with progress, next steps, etc.There was a great level of professionalism, but it felt more personal and connected than I've experienced in the past. She also asked the employer for things I wouldn't have thought to ask - I felt like I really was working with a partner as opposed to "a recruiter."

Julian and Amy prepped me before each interview and also told what to expect in each interview. I don't think I could recommend any higher. Reflecting on my entire experience with Nextpath, I feel incredibly grateful. When my contract ended at my last job, I decided to take a year to focus on school. With the new year approaching, I aimed to re-enter the workforce, seeking an opportunity that would allow me to learn and grow while accommodating my school schedule before I returned to classes in January.On December 5th, a week before wrapping up my fall semester and beginning my job search, Avery Babb-Schaller reached out to me via LinkedIn about an opportunity that seemed tailor-made for my current life situation. After providing information about the company and role, Avery scheduled a call to discuss the company, the job, and to learn more about me, my goals, and my experiences. Avery's dedication was evident as she took the time out of her day to arrange this introduction call, even scheduling it after her work hours to avoid interfering with my schedule. I deeply appreciated her generosity and hardworking nature, making the experience with her truly exceptional.Later that week, I arranged an interview and received interview preparation from the amazing Ashley Jarocki. While I've been wary of interview prep in the past, Ashley's guidance was invaluable. This turned out to be my best interview experience, and I felt relaxed—thanks to Ashley's preparation. She is a genuine and caring individual, and our interaction was positive, leaving me more at ease going into the interview.Even if I hadn't secured the position, I felt I gained valuable knowledge from Avery and Ashley. They provided tips and made me feel supported throughout the process. Ashley followed up after the interview, showing genuine concern for my feelings post-interview, a thoughtful touch that I appreciated.Fortunately, I received a call from Avery the day after the interview, delivering the exciting news that I got the position. Avery's enthusiasm was infectious, and she patiently addressed my numerous questions, preparing me for the next stages in the process. Tracy Barbosa then assisted me with the onboarding process, guiding me through new employee paperwork. Tracy was exceptionally responsive, even addressing my queries when out of the office. Her continuous support, including reaching out on my first day of work, made the transition smooth.The speed of the entire process and the support I received at every step were remarkable. The quick turnaround would not have been possible without Avery's initial outreach. Securing the position a week before my semester ended spared me the usual job search process, making my break before returning to class enjoyable. Though still new to the company, my experience has been amazing, and I've already begun learning a lot with more to come.
