Terrible place, they took my car at night and I arrived and made me wait for an hour, they took my car when I paid for a reserved spot in the place where I live, it is unusual, and to top it off when I get into my car to check that If everything was fine, I realize that they stole a piece of gold that I had left there that day... they are rubbish, because I understand that they do their job of towing, but stealing? It is a lack of respect

This company is a mafia. Everything is clandestine, they partner with condominiums so that they call them to warn them that there are cars parked in reverse.

They lifted the vehicle and damaged it. I had to pay for the towing, pay for the repairs, and my car was unable to move for more than a week.

1 star, we were at the pool and when we left the pool gate my moms car was gone . My cousins were there so we went to the direction of the towing place. We called and didn’t answer. Then we saw a person towing another car and asked. They said they will give back the car for 175 8pm to 1am and if not 8am till 6pm do 125. They said they wanted exact cash and didn’t have change . How do you have no change for a 20. They tow cars left and right . When we went t o get the money they already have another car in the towing right as we come back.

I have always understood tow truck drivers, I know that it is their job and that they cannot take a car that is not properly parked, but the process to remove the vehicle, this company makes all possible efforts and requests documentation outside of normal in order to retain the vehicle for longer and charge more, added to the poor service, even the place is dark, and they serve you through a gate, you feel as if you were doing something illegal, the staff is not polite and cuts / I've always I understand the tow truck drivers, I know that it is their job and that they cannot take a car that is not properly parked, but the process to remove the vehicle in this place is very complicated, they do everything possible and request unusual documentation to be able to retain the vehicle for longer and charge more, added to the bad service, even the place is dark and they serve you through a gate, you feel as if you are doing something illegal, the staff is not polite and they do not know customer service

Clearly this company has no organization and has bit off more than they can chew with this company. Horrible customer service, long wait times and nobody at the location to provide some assistance. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with PERIOD. Word of advice, hire a representative or shut down one of the locations because clearly it’s too much for them to handle

They take the cars and you don't know where to get them, they don't answer the phone, they don't work 24 hours a day to give you the opportunity to get the car back, you get to pay, and they only accept cash, they waste your time, money, the dua of work, you They treat you badly, they are poorly educated, they just want to get the most money from you.

These guys are thieves. Saying it’s 175$ when on the receipt it shows only 125$. They keep 50$. They will hear from my lawyer and the police department. They had no right to take a car with expired registration from ny. In a private parking lot.

I am a property manager and was helping a client with an issue in their home. When I came outside my car had been towed. I called the office and caught up with the driver before he exited the Bella Vida Resort. Zero compassion and common sense was shown. I was literally doing my job and got towed. Shocking approach and all about money making. I get people will get towed but doing it to someone who is working on the resort is ridiculous. Terrible customer service dept when I called them. Clearly don’t have a clue when it comes to dealing with genuine people and issues. Soon as he released me he went back into the resort to get his next victim. All at 4pm. Shocking company, shocking service you deserve the reviews you get.

Honestly If I could give 0 stars that would be it, I just called and I had the worst experience of customer service with a guy supposly called Ken, I have a dealership and I need a release form to be able to register the vehicle and I received 0 intentions to help the issue although He was clear that it was paid he didn't offer any reasonable way to help me solve the issue, I just need a letter or the receipt he said they have to show it was paid. Awful service.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. I was threatened and cursed out by Carlos at the Kissimmee location because I was given a false address information by the Pablo, the owner of the company. The fact that Millennia Apartments has a contract with this place says a lot too. They are willing to pay bare minimum for a cheap towing company. It's unsafe and disappointing they allow their residents to be treated this way.

Told the guy to show some empathy because I have a child waiting for this to be done and he straight up told me he doesn't care. I went off on him, which probably wasn't my best move but who tf says that to someone already in distress at 1am bc their car got towed. Homie, if you're reading this, I hope I live rent free as la loca q no te dió pq la estaban aguantando pa q no lo hiciera ?
