I enjoy shopping at this location, but this morning some minutes after opening. Staff asked me “ you looking for anything particular “ I said no her response was shopping so early . SMHJust coming off an over night heading to another six hour in two hours and ran in to purchase some few men shirts omg.

I ordered a hat, sweatpants and the big item was a coat with 3 gift cards and a Mastercard. I ordered these all online and the following day I received an email saying the $49.99 puffer jacket is out of stock. since then I called numerous times during the first 3 months and I was told that the refunded amount would be in the form of an email that I never received. I've spent approx. 2.5 hours on the phone only to receive false promises and falsehoods. I was told that they didn't charge one of the gift cards but they didn't know which and it didn't make sense because i received an order confirmation which means they took the money. LONG STORY SHORT I SPENT 101.36 FOR A BEANIE AND A PAIR OF SWEATPANTS because Nautica customer service either STALLED ME ON PURPOSE or they have no idea about their own internal processes because I have not had a resolution in 11 months. Then they have the nerve to tell me I only had 3 months when I spent hours trying to get my money back the first month AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LEFT ME ON TERMINAL HOLD 3 TIMES FOR OVER A HALF HOUR EACH TIME.Desired Outcome/Set

Staff are good but don't like how business is run. Posting "sale" for black Friday. when the prices are the same , for everyday. I wasted a trip there for that thinking I was getting a deal.
