I enjoy going to my local Napa Auto Parts for the knowledge and customer service provided. Valerie is always kind and quick to help me find the parts I need. Her attention to detail and wonderful personality, makes it a pleasure to do business there. The store is clean and organized making easy to find what I need. I highly recommend the staff and service at the Napa Auto Parts Forest City!

I bought a battery from another location a year ago.I came in to Napa at 6601 Forest City Rd., Orlando. I spoke with Jessie and he said that I needed a receipt to replace it.I couldn't find the receipt and the rep Jessie told me he can not replace it without the receipt.I have exchanged other batteries from my other cars at other Napa locations without receipt and no issues.I will be buying all my car needs at advance auto parts.Napa just lost my business.
