Called to see if a particular tool was in stock and the gentleman that answered the phone was very unprofessional and dismissive. I gave him the part number and he immediately said "nope dont have it" and hung up while i was trying to ask further questions. Very rude.

Very unwelcoming employee. Have no idea what's his deal but as soon as we go there he was peeking through the doors. As we entered I was tying my shoe and said "what are you looking for" not "how may I help you" as soon as he said that we exited the store as they have little to nothing. Very small store.

Stopped in on 6-16-2023 around 12:00. Was trying to get rear pads and routers for my company van. The guy working couldn't figure out witch routers I needed and was asking me for a specific detail on the routers. I said I don't know I've never been asked that before. He told me to just look so I asked if he could cause I wasn't sure what he was looking for he rolled his eyes and and we went outside he looked and said "see not hard at all" on the way back in he snatched the door open letting it close behind him. I asked for a manager he claimed that was him. I very seriously doubt with his horrible attitude and even worse customer service abilities he was the manager. Needless to say my company will no longer be shopping at this store.

Good employees that have automotive knowledge. Had to change q battery in the parking lot and lost a nut. They didn't have one but the employee stayed late since they closed and dug thru the back and found me one!
