I've been in MANY places trying to find the best grooming for my Millow. So far I've been with Mondo pet for an entire year and they have NEVER disappointed me. My dog is very anxious when he's not around me and I don't know what they do but my dog love to go there. They treat him like their own dog and the quality service is unbelievable. Also Arelis Bocanegra which is the front desk rep is so sweet and always find me an spot not matter how busy they are. I can't describe how good is the service I have received in the last 12 months but if you are looking for a place where you want to me sure your dog will be in good hands, please try this place, that's my number one request besides getting a good quality service, and I have both in this place. Thank you team!

I’ve been brining my dog here for the past few years. The prices are very inconsistent, I have gone from paying $95 to $135 to $145 this last time that I visited for the exact same cut. I specifically asked to just use the machine so they won’t charge extra for a scissor cut. When I asked if prices have gone up (which I would totally understand due to inflation) they mentioned that prices have increased $5 since January, they could also not give me a clear answer as to why my price was so significantly higher, as I know my dog did not go in with any matts on his coat. I will not be returning here.

I recommend this place to all fur lovers that live in Orlando Florida…..price is reasonable and groomers are fantastic and the place is very clean.

The place the incredible the excellent attention. I always carry my Doki here. And the truth returns happy. Customer service is second to none, I recommend this place. All the staff are great people. The Brazilian who works at her reception is always very friendly and my dog is happy with her. The Venezuelan doctor is super friendly and affectionate with my dog, always attentive and concerned at each visit.

I’ve been taking my dog Oliver here for a long time, but since the staff changed everything is just so different, from customers service to quality. Last time they didn’t cut his nails I thought well maybe they forgot, and yesterday they’re practically the same. And on top of that he’s been vomiting and has severe diarrhea ever since I took him there. I just miss the old staff, I’m never coming back here. Let’s see what they say to me cause to make my point clear instead of apologizing they start arguments with customers that are writing their reviews here about bad experiences. Its just so sad and you can tell by that when a place has a bad customer service and it’s going downhill. I want no refunds just to aware people that’s thinking about going here save you some money and go somewhere else where they will treat your babies good

I'm frustrated with the inconsistency that I get when I bring my Pomeranian in for a cut. The first time I came in and described how I wanted his hair cut, they said it is called a Sunflower Cut; perfect, now I know what to ask for in the future. It turned out great and I was very happy to find a new groomer close to my house. Last visit, I paid to have his nails grinded, I didn't realize they weren't done until I got home and they said I had to come back in for a refund. This time I said I would like his body to be shaved just a little closer with the Sunflower as usual. When I came to pick him up, the groomer had overgroomed his sunflower. I told him it was too short and he apologized as said he 'wasnt sure if I wanted a big sunflower or small, so he did it small'. To me, as a barber, logically if I was unsure of the length I would leave it longer because you can always go shorter. In the end they apologized and I still paid about $50 for his butchered haircut.Let me clarify. Yes I wanted his body to be shaved at the length it was done, his mane/sunflower is what was cut too short.

mondo pet usa.. man this use to be a great place to take my dog. i actually took him here for years but recently i noticed the staffed changed and it just hasn't been the same. last two times i took my dog there he came back coughing or randomly choking for a few days after. and the hair cuts less then good. i really miss the old staff and wont be taking my dog here anymore.

Customer service is horrible. I booked an appointment for 2pm and got a call at 430pm that due to staffing emergency they still hadn’t gotten to my pup and there was still a dog ahead of him but would be ready at 6.I’m not mad there was an emergency because I understand when things are out of your control. However, calling me at 430pm vs calling me earlier was in your control and very unprofessional. The man said one person had to leave , then another person had to leave and then there was a gas leak smell. Like wth you had allllll of this going and couldn’t call me to tell me as soon as it happened? Then I would have made other arrangements to reschedule and have my dog picked up so he’s not just there idle probably anxious because he’s not familiar with this place . This was just Unacceptable.
