“Dropped off my husband's samsung with a broken screen. The gentleman running the store are very helpful and professional. If you have an iPhone it seemed the phones could be fixed same day. My husband having a samsung did have to wait on screens to be delivered the following Tuesday after dropping it off on a Wednesday. So if you have a samsung just be aware that you may have to wait on their delivery day for a screen. I highly recommend these guys. They did a wonderful job and cheaper than the other places for phone repair I had contacted to get quotes. Will be using then again for all phone repairs! Thanks again guys!”

“Went in today because I am here traveling and had a major problem with my phone and have been unable to use it here due to a SIM card issue. I called ahead and a young lady named Ashlynn said come on in and she could help. I took an Uber and she got me right in and completely saved my phone! She was patient and kind and literally saved my phone! I am super grateful for her and appreciate the help! It’s a tough situation to be away from home and not have any phone access but she definitely saved the day for me!”

“TLDR: Jay and Joyce got my wife's phone working again.
Wife's phone has been having SIM issues at random. No calls, texts, video or emergency services available.
Spoke to the customer service number and had a reset sent ftom their end. Nothing changed. Went to a local branch and grabbed a new physical SIM. Installed, reset phone, no change.
Traveled to this location and explained the issues to Jay and Joyce. They recommended converting the phone to an E SIM. We removed the physical SIM and converted the phone. Tested multiple times in store and VIOLA! We got a working phone again.
Ask for the J's when you go here. Jay and Joyce, they will get you sorted.”
