I was looking for a cellphone store to unlock my sons iPhone and I found this place Jay was very polite and professional and was able to unlock my sons iPhone 12 mini get it activated with service and he gave me a discount. My 1st impression was positive and I felt very welcomed. Jay was able to get everything done in less than 20 minutes. Don’t go. Business lacks integrity and just doing what’s right. They post up in black communities to take advantage of the less fortunate and try to sell my people anything that turns on. Don’t do it. The worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything in my life. The worst ever. To my black people don’t spend your money with them. I spent 250 on a phone and they tried to give me 125 as a refund because of a faulty device they sold me.

Sketchy place went there to sell my promax 14 guy tried to say my camera had a hidden defect which is didnt offered me 400 at first then he said 150 when a hidden defect was found. He was sending pictures of my phone to another phone to verify my pictures who verify a phone like that then offered me 150. I took my phone to another place in Kirkman was offered 400 and guy never even brought up my camera defect they said I had supposedly . I believe guy was trying to hustle me 100. Everything about this place is sketchy

Got my payment beforehand and confirmed screen will arrive in two days. Now it has been past that. Leaving a review in case they can honor what they charged me for. If the review doesn’t get updated, save yourself time and go somewhere else.
