Not sure if it was discrimination against me as a black man, but the owner refused to exchange a product that tasted stale. I had a receipt and wasn't looking for a refund. Just an exchange because it wasn't expired. Mind you this is the OWNER neglecting a simple business courtesy. Her answer was "we don't get credit if it's not expired" which it wasn't but she still broke an important rule of business with a paying customer. Shop and fuel up elsewhere!

I got ripped off!!!. I paid for gas and a car wash. Car wash froze. I asked for a refund and was told that since I used a gift card, the system would not allow a refund. I was told to go back to the car wash and try again. I'd already seen that the car before me did not go through the full cycle, and that car was still dirty. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Never again - their car wash malfunctioned TWICE tonight and when I asked for a refund and denied I tried explaining I wasn't lying and that I was actually a loyal customer (Bi-weekly visits over a year), and I wasn't believed. How can this business afford to hire rude employees and lose loyal customers because of their malfunctioning equipment and poor customer service? They'll never get my money again and good riddance.

Sadly, I'll now never return because of how rudely I was treated tonight because their car wash malfunctioned - twice. I was accused of lying and denied a refund. I only ever came here for the car wash and my first review was glowing because of the car wash. Bi-weekly visits in a year. And not only was I accused of lying but the rude man behind the counter said he didn't remember me. Because, what, he LIVES there? For shame - some people should not be in customer service and this location proved they could care less if they lose loyal customers over a $4.99 car wash.
