Some of the vacuums are not as strong. There are no prep stations. No air blowers. No windshield spray or available wipe down rags. There was no wait time. There were a lot of Vacuums available. The serv b ice always quick and good

Look, I’m gonna be honest. This place is extremely overpriced for what they offer.The gentleman at the front was charming, that was the highlight of my experience.Vacuums had lower power than a 7-11 vacuum, no complimentary towels, no spray, no rug holders, no air spray for dust- just very little justification for a $14 car wash (and that’s one of the CHEAPER options).I understand the wash is not designed to “detail” your car, but had I known how low quality everything was, I would have spent the extra gas to go somewhere with a little more to offer.I should have went with the basic wash for $7. I would have felt better about my experience.Genuinely, I’m not trying to be rude, I just feel that this place is a waste of money.I hope everyone else has a better experience.

The place was weird from the start. First a worker there came up to me out of nowhere telling me to hurry up with confirming payment (btw, nobody was behind me and i hadn’t even been there a minute. No time to unlock my card.) Then, as my car is going through the wash, my bumper came off due to the extreme force of the air pressure. The same guy came to confront me when I pulled in to vacuum my car to explain to me how it is my fault so that they don’t get sued. Luckily, I was able to push it back in but noticed that there were still bugs and bird crap on there. The wash was for nothing. I wasn’t planning on suing them bc I didn’t want to go through the trouble and the damage was a simple fix, but for him to go out of his way to tell me it was my fault without even offering me a refund is bad service.

I went to the location at 1405 S. Semoran. It's ok. I've been to better car wash stations before. They should provide rags for us to dry off the car.

I have been going to this car wash for years the last name that it had was top dog car wash or something like that. Now that it is this new name, the prices have gone up twice since October. Not only has it gone up, they’ve taken amenities that used to be there away, for example in the earliest of days, they used to have a bucket with some water and some brushes and scrub your mats they took that away. Microfiber towels there to help you dry your car because the dryer is terrible. now they’ve raised the prices for robot arms and people to stand next to the screen with buttons to push them for you. They used to be a little shop on the inside. You could buy air freshener armorall or a microfiber towel and there used to be a bathroom. Now they’ve got matching uniforms with hats and update touchscreens and a speaker to tell you put your car in neutral. Vacuums are bad when there’s a lot of people. The trash cans do stay empty +I can only assume they took all those thing’s away because of liability or because they don’t want to pay for it. Those microfiber towels have rules and if washed poorly they could scratch your car. That’s a lawsuit. The bucket and scrub brush has the same thing. Liability and the brush cost money. They don’t want you to use their bathroom they don’t want to clean up after others. They don’t want to sell things because that means they would have to buy something to monitor that and pay someone to do it.This is just another sign of the times. Big corporations buying up the little guys that can’t afford it and they charging the customer an arm and a leg for them to offer the same thing they were getting before. The soap ain’t bubbling differently. The drying process has always been bad. The vacuums have always been kind of alright. One thing that’s going to go up tho is that price.And no, I don’t want to go into more detail with the email address. Tell them to come see these reviews and corporate to make some changes.

The drying process is a major design flaw in this car wash, when you exit your windows are not dry resulting in water spots. Provide towels to hand dry your car or have somebody hand dry as you exit. They spray your car with extra cleaner as you enter the car wash, most barely hit your car and put very little effort into doing the quality job of it.

Used to be a Top Dog Express and now it's something else. And that something else isn't worth stopping for. For starters, I feel like the prices were higher than the TDE prices. They now ask for tipping the staff when the staff does... nothing (one person tries to get you to sign up for a membership and the other tells you to stop and put it in N...). And when you go through the wash, that doesn't do a great job washing or drying, there's nothing extra besides some vacuums. Two stars for nice employees and it did clean my tires well. Will not be back.

I had some issues with billing discrepancy. The manager lexis and staff was great at hearing out the issue and solving it for me. Appreciate the great team here.Happy with my car wash as usual and will be coming back.
