The manager Richard is the worst part of your business. Everyone else there had always been friendly and helpful. I came through today holding my sticker because the employee who gave it to me told me I could get the residue off from the old sticker before applying the new one. He not only refused to let me in, he cancelled my membership after I said I would think about cancelling. Not really great customer service by not taking ownership over your employee saying that and then blaming it all on the customer saying I was trying to be sneaky and didn't want to apply it to my window.

Great automatic carwash in the Meadowoods neighborhood. If you like maintaining a clean and tidy car, I highly recommend buying a monthly membership

It's an OK car wash. They will go out of business soon, and someone else will buy it again and rename it. They don't know how to run it. The prices for the washes are decent they are competitive. Sometimes, some of the vacuums suck ( no pun intended) they don't work very well, and I got to move to another one. But the workers are nice and they are very attentive.

I've been a member here through at least three management changes (over the past three years). Service has decreased with time.1. Your business is becoming a "ghetto" location. Actually, I might say that it has already become "ghetto". Every time I come I am forcibly serenaded by one or more people blasting Spanish music as loud as their speakers will allow them to. They have no regard for the other patrons. Management does nothing about this music and because of that I will most likely look for a nicer location.2. I have two cars in my family. The previous management offered a token discount for multiple vehicles. New management has canceled that. No appreciation shown for customers who give you more business. Applying a discount for multiple vehicles within a household is not much to ask for.3. New management has removed the buckets of soap and water that you could use for car wash prep. That was very useful, now its gone.4. No towels to dry your vehicle. Again, a new change with the latest two owners.

I got a Mercedes and decided to sign up for the premium membership which is $42 a month to see if the machine is going to do something amazing but unfortunately the machine is not washing good it’s too fast take off the residue on the surface of the car I don’t see any wax applied. I don’t see any undercarriage wash. And when it comes out after washing, it blows the shampoo left out and all of a sudden when the car dries out you have residue on your windshield and your side mirrors and side windows, so what I’ll do I will cancel before they renew it and I don’t see any microfiber towels I don’t see any glass cleaner spray I don’t see any carpet cleaner machine.. And so please don’t reply to this with your automatic reply, saying that call Customer Service to resolve it because there is nothing to resolve. This is what you have at what you don’t have. and this is what your Machine operates..??Service: Auto detailing

Mister bought a car wash I was already a member at for over a year. The wash has gotten worse. Now they just doubled my monthly fee. Try to call the number list and it is not even for a car wash! Save your money! My next call is to Amex.

I recently visited Mister Car Wash with my BMW M2, hoping for a top-quality car wash experience, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. Despite having a Titanium membership, my car came out looking as dirty as it did when I arrived.One of the major issues I encountered was the water quality. It appeared as if they were using recycled or subpar water, as my car wasn't properly cleaned. This isn't the first time I've faced this problem at Mister Car Wash, and it's incredibly frustrating.To make matters worse, the Titanium membership promises a tire shine service, which I never received. When I inquired about this, I was told that the option for tire shine had been deactivated on my account without my request. This happened previously, and it was reactivated, but today, I noticed my tires were still not getting cleaned. It's disheartening to pay for a service I'm not receiving.Every visit to Mister Car Wash seems to come with a side of stress, as I'm paying for a premium service but not getting the results I expect.This specific Mister Car Wash is the only one where I've encountered these problems. In contrast, I've been to other Mister Car Wash locations, which provided hand towels and a more satisfactory experience.Today, as I examined my wheels, I noticed what appears to be scratches. I can't be 100% certain if this damage was caused by today's car wash because I didn't witness the incident. However, both wheels on the left side have similar circular-shaped scratches, which suggest it might be related to a tool used during the wheel cleaning process. I'm uncertain if a tool malfunctioned or if something fell from the car wash equipment.Despite these concerns, I have reservations about the likelihood of Mister Car Wash addressing the damages or taking responsibility. My hope is that my feedback can lead to improvements for future customers, but the frustration I've experienced makes me hesitant to return to this location.
