I paid for a basic car wash with emphasis on the tire shine which is what I really wanted. I got a wash with NO SHINE. When I asked about it I was told that it wasn't working. They knew that it wasn't working and said NOTHING...i felt that I should have been informed BEFORE paying, and they could have someone there to spray your tires as a courtesy. This is my FIRST and LAST time coming here. Definitely NOT impressed.

Yesterday I was doing service on Lansdtar Blvd and there was an unpleasant and rude girl at the machine with no desire to do the correct service, I asked her to apply product to me and she didn't look at me, I passed by a second time and she reluctantly threw it away, I return for the third time to inform the supervisor and since the car was already clean of a nonsensical explanation and without paying attention to what I was telling him, apparently upset because I was pointing out the bad treatment, so rude that I finally canceled the membershipYesterday I was doing service at the Lansdtar Blv and there was a nasty and badly educated girl in the machine with no desire to do the right service, I asked her to apply product to me and she didn't look at me, she passed me a second time and threw it reluctantly, I came back for the third time to inform the supervisor and as the car was already clean of a meaningless explanation and without paying attention to what I was saying, apparently annoyed because I was pointing out the bad deal , so rude that finally Cancel the membership.

This five star rating only goes to the young lady named Chris (Kris). She provided outstanding customer service and helped me with an issue I have with billing. She was very patient and took the time to assist me. She is the first one there has not had an attitude at this place. Great employees are hard to find. Reward her or promote her. She definitely deserves recognition.

Was greeted at the checking station. Person was very professional and explained all information necessary about each type of wash. Will be going back soon.

Had an incident a couple of weeks ago with my car while going through the wash. Manager on site didn’t want to speak to me. Sending someone else. Went the next day to file a claim. Was suppose to hear from someone in three days no one called. I called a whole week later spoke to someone, who tried assisting with claim but manager was unavailable. I’ve been going to them for a very long time and this is the first time I’ve come into a situation. I called again today, no one answers the phone but an automated machine. Very disappointed, didn’t like their customer service. I was dismissed, with zero acknowledgement in regards to my disposition. Still waiting!!!!

One of the best Mister branches. Good location and enough spaces for post-maintenance of your vehicle. The washing in the tunnel is very good.

Richard the general manager is pompous and has zero customer service skills. His employee told me it was ok to have my barcode sticker off the windshield until I got the residue from the old one off. He refused to let me in despite me paying every month for the service saying rules are rules. He then proceeded to cancel my membership never taking any ownership that his employee told me that.Edited to include that corporate did absolutely nothing and would not put me in touch with his supervisor. Tells me they allow this behavior and I'll clearly go elsewhere.

I was told when I bought my wash that it came with a two week guarantee and if I brought back my receipt I could get a rewash. That was the only reason I bought the most expensive wash. When I went back the employee told me that is not the case. Will NEVER be back. Such dishonest people to lie just to make a sale.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I came on April 21st to get a quick car wash. I had went the beach and there was bug splattered on the front of the car. The car wash removed NOTHING! Not only that but the machine completely ripped off my front logo to my vehicle. I came back to get it from the tunnel and it was completely broken. How does this happen? I now have to purchase a new one. We tried placing it back on the car and it is completely broke . I am super frustrated because those logos are not cheap. Those machines are way too rough and for being rough they remove nothing.
