Mister car was not a customer friendly business , it has you buying the different car washing options . If you want your car clean, you must buy an upgrade.your base car wash will not clean your car .Also, they don't scrub the front or back of your vehicle , they don't have towels to finish drying your vehicle, They don't stand behind their services.

This car wash was a disappointing experience. My car was left with scratches, and my license plate was damaged during the process. Additionally, they don’t offer any added perks like towels or window cleaners that other car washes in the Lake Nona area provide. I recommend exploring other options in the area for better service. This place is NOT it

I frequently go to the Lake Nona Mister Car Wash where I have consistently received excellent service from the courteous and accommodating gentleman named Lee. The facility boasts numerous vacuum stations and ample parking spaces, all managed by a team of friendly and efficient staff members. Overall, I wholeheartedly endorse this car wash for its exceptional service and productivity.

I have a membership with Mister Car Wash and I frequently take my car through the wash. I hadn’t had any problems, until today. Unfortunately as I was passing through the wash, one of the rollers broke the mirror on the left side of the car and left some noticeable scratches on the left side doors. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. How are you going to charge $20 a month to mess up someone’s vehicle. I wanted to immediately speak with a manager, but unfortunately I couldn’t be late to an engagement. This is unacceptable! Especially when those rollers do not clean the whole car. I have to spend time cleaning what the roller missed with a microfiber cloth so the car actually looks clean. I will most likely be canceling my membership as it’s become a headache and has made my day start in a stressful way. If they were to fix the damage their machines did to my car, I’d consider keeping my membership, but I highly doubt that’ll happen. Smh! Be better Mister Car Wash.

I really appreciate that there is always someone at the point where the camera scans your tag. Today it was Mason and he was friendly and was able to answer my questions about the service I have and could help me figure out what might be a best choice for me. He definitely made me smile as well as the person who guides you into the wash area. The wash is always good and the vacuums are excellent. Thank you!

Automatic car wash with products that leave them sparkling clean. It offers a monthly package for $40.00 and you can wash as many times as you want.

Friendly and courteous staff. Price is reasonable for the area. Very simple and quick membership process. Several cleaning packages and many vacuum stations. Highly recommended, especially for the friendliness of the staff.

Vacccumm cleaners that are out of order should be tag as not such. You make waste my time in a lane that the vacuum cleaners are not in service. A supervisor should be taking care of Thai on a daily basis.

Solid wash. Self service vacuums lack suction power and there is no compressed air like some of the other locations.

I don’t think I got the wash I paid for. I paid for the Titanium. But it doesn’t look like I got it. Please see picture. The bar came up for 2 cars at once and I wasn’t sure which one of us was supposed to go first. The attendant didn’t indicate who should go first or second.
I asked the girl before I went in the wash if it was set up for the Titanium but all she would say is that I was going to get the wash I paid for. It was not busy, not sure why she could not take 10 seconds to confirm my order. The prior car wash would show which wash level you were about to get.
I feel like I got ripped off. I don’t think I will use this car wash again and can’t wait for them to open the new one down the street.
