I came here and received the most horrible service... they rushed n did my nails at the same time they did my pedicure. The service was very awful.. if you want to spends alot of money come here.

countability. Do not be fooled by the fast service, all they care about is money. June 17th I came in for a manicure and pedicure, I like for my polish to match from my nails to my toes. I am a regular and go to get serviced every two weeks. Meanwhile the nail technician said we have new colors , I said ok great I'll do a new gel color. He preceded to give me the new color and later that day I called and told them I believe my gel polish on one hand did not dry properly, whoever answered the phone said ok come back and they will fix it. I return the next day for them to fix my nails and turns out they can not fix it because they do not have the proper UV light equipment to dry the new brand gel polish properly. Now as the paying customer I have to walk out unsatisfied and with clear polish (something cheaper and what I did not originally pay for) . The owner/manager did not want to accommodate me for their mistakes. I will not recommend, I will be sharing my experience with my 2.5 million followers on TikTok and 785.6k followers on instagram. This establishment is not here for customers , unfortunately they are here in America to take our hard earned dollars while servicing me with the bare minimum. -1000 or 10 I will never recommend

Went to get a fill in and i had to instruct her to clean up my cuticle area which she did a poor job on. She filed my nails so thin that my pinky nail bent in half so i went back the next day and they told me that they aren't responsible for the bottom half of the nail they can only guarantee the part the filled in. I left. Never again! Wasted money! Had to go to another salon and because she filed all my nails too thin i need a new overlay set! More money spent!

My cousin went to get her manicure and pedicure done and received horrible service. Within a few days of getting her pedicure and manicure done with gel she noticed that it started to chip. It should not be chipping after a few days especially if its GEL. When she told the technician about it they refused to accommodate her for both services. Her nails also started to lift. Do NOT go here they did not help in any way and claim they can not do anything about it (when they ABSOLUTELY can). They are overpriced and their quality is really low for the amount you pay. I suggest looking for another spot.
P.S. they keep their customers hostage if you don’t like your service and on top of that they ask for collateral. It’s a 0/10 for her and for me. I do NOT recommend…

Over priced for nothing I paid $55 for my toes..Got gel polish and spent money to take the overlay acrylic off my nails..This lady cut all of my nails off and ripped off the skin on my pinky I spent $80 all together...THAT WILL BE THE LAST THEY EVER GET FROM ME.The service is horrible and the manager dosen't know how to manage or treat customers right! Not worth the time I was so upset!Ripped my real nails I had a overlay and the manager told me soaking takes along time and when I get the gel taken off it can cause my nail to come off!!! What the heck! Tried to give this place another shot but I paid $165 for my nails and toes and the gel chipped within 3 days. Zero stars!

If I could this place NO STARS I would. I definitely DO NOT recommend this salon. I got a pedicure for this place and a couple days ago my right big toe was hurt so much but I didn’t think much of it maybe I hit myself, it would go away. The following day I woke up & it still was hurting so I decided to see if it was something serious so I drilled my GEL POLISH OFF & come to see I got fungus on my big toe from this place. I only get pedicures from this place because work around the area. I told my sister about it and she actually went 2 days before me & she told me these people don’t sensitize the equipment after using it on others. She’s had to bring up to their attention about using things not sensitize. We are paying for these things to be done correctly, of course they want the fast way out. That’s disgusting!!!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

JUSTIN JUSTIN JUSTIN. If you go here ask for Justin! He is absolutely amazing and so detail oriented. He makes sure the shape of your nails fit you perfectly. He ACTUALLY listens to what YOU want and will give it to you. I’ve been here before and got my nails done by another lady and everything I wanted done with my nails she would tell me no and do what she wanted. I have gotten my nails done twice by Justin and absolutely loved them both. The spring set was a freestyle from him (literally got none stop compliments) and the white and gold was based off a picture I saw and he did it identical!! I am in love with each set he has done for me. No matter what I will continue to
Come back for him! Get with Justin! I promise he won’t disappoint you!

It's not recommended, I really miss the fact that among them they are murmuring and criticizing the client. They think that one doesn't realize it just because at the beginning they didn't make a design that I requested and I asked for another one and among them they all started talking in their language. The workers stared at me. The truth is, I felt very uncomfortable. I will never return to that place.?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. My cousin went to go get her pedicure and nails done for her graduation. She was so excited to get them done just for her to leave upset and unsatisfied…She expected her nails and pedicure to last for a reasonable amount of time, just for them to last 2 days when she noticed the polish on her toes chipping and her nail broke off. How is it that after 2 days it started to mess up? it’s RIDICULOUS. She paid over $160 for both services. They told her GEL last a long time but it came off after 2 days. So was that a lie? When she tried to get them fixed they expected her to come in the next day. Mind you she couldn’t come in because she went out of town to celebrate. They need to do better with accommodations. Her and I REFUSE to ever come to this establishment again. I’ve been to better salons with better service and an affordable price. This establishment is NOT it.

Do not go to this place! I went and got a fill in and pedicure. I was cut on my big toe and didn’t think anything of it but noticed I was bleeding a lot. When I left my toe was hurting and the next day it was swollen and leaking pus. Plus my nails are gel and are chipping. Went back to the salon to see what can be done. And was told it’s was my toe that’s the problem and no refund will be given. Don’t not go to this salon or you will get an infection.
