Michigan Jewelers has been my “go-to” jeweler for the 25+ years I’ve lived in south Orlando/Sodo. Today they repaired my watch while I waited. For Valentines I bought myself a beautiful ring I wear every day. They are the best!

My very sentimental gold necklace with diamonds was ruined by this jeweler when repairing. The staff did not take responsibility for ruining it until the very end, after pressing for answers and asking for compensation. They gave me hardly anything in return for messing it up. I like supporting small business but sadly I will not be returning to this store. I would not recommend having them work on anything that is irreplaceable.

Wife's engagement ring became loose during our Disney trip. They fixed it quickly and with no charge. They were very personable and we ended up purchasing a set of earrings to take home.

Such a very friendly couple that owns Michigan Jeweler's. They have also replaced our watch batteries with no problem. And have fixed the link's in my favorite watch, which he had to actually make the little post that was attached to the clasp. Very talented and so helpful in answering whatever question's you may have. They also have a beautiful assortment of watches, air rings, bracelet's, and of course engagement and wedding rings. This was my first time coming here and I honestly don’t typically leave reviews, but I went in to get my gold chain necklace fixed because the clasp had been pulled open and they fixed it for me in literally 10 seconds and didn’t charge me anything. Apart from that, they seemed like genuinely nice and caring people. I will certainly be going back there and I recommend everyone to check out their business!
