Joey and his associate (forgot his name ,with dreadlocks) was awesome, i had ti be on time to pick my son up in 30 mins , they did it in 15 minutes! One of the best Metropcs because of these gentlemen. Right on ?

Didn't get the Managers name but he was very professional, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the plans and services available and was on point. He answered several questions for the people calling in and didn't stop helping me at the same time. He was all about making sure we were paying the best rates and took the time to let me know about the promotions available for the plan we have.

They were polite in their greeting and seemed readily able to attend to me directly. The store presentation was solid and the business appears to be well maintained! This store is in a key location in a couple of years this plaza is expected to receive a minor update. I love the to Florida mall area and I think I might choose this phone store for my new purchase. Nothing was falsely advertised unlike the oak ridge location shame be on them! Thank you for preserving my customer experience and respecting the process as I continue to analyze each and every contributor to our American Economy! ????

Bryan was amazing helping 2 old ladies that had no clue. Walked us through everything We went to 4 different companies and went back because they has the best customer service. He was amazing even when we got home and had a issues setting up Thank you for being so amazing

The place where I met the worst salesman. I was shocked, for the first time in my life I received rudeness!!! I am frustrated with this service and am thinking of switching providers because I don't want to have to keep getting bad service and rudeness.
Yes, I understand that other sellers are normal people, but this one spoiled the mood too much, by the way, several times, because at first I simply refused the services and went to another store, But this time it's too much.

As a 20 year metro customer went in for a better more memory phone, best they could do was the cheap 128 GB for $300 told them Cricket was offering me the same as a new customer for $90 including the first month, she said go get it then .. Nice way to get rid of customers... Cricket is my company now
