This place is great, Brisi was awesome. She was a big help getting us switched to T-Mobile and setting up our new phones. Brisi was very friendly and pleasant the inter time.

I paid a month service on my mother's account and halfway through the month they just connect her. I called the customer support phone number on their main website and it takes me to a medical alert company and tells me that the number had been changed does not give you a further number to call and I'm unable to reach them using my phone because she has a flip phone and you cannot check messages for the security code when you try to access the account. Kind of company provides false information about their phone number?

I had to deactivate & switch my primary cell number. I was told to call customer service in order to do this. I have done this in the past in store without the unnecessary detour. To me, it seems like the person here is just lazy & didn't want to work.
Edit: I went to another location. They took care of it in 10 mins. If you need assistance, go to the Metropolis Way location in Orlando. They have a very helpful & sincere crew over there. ?

Update to the experience I had with Metro regarding my Revvl 6x 5G phone... Metro replaced my phone for me since I was having so many issues with the Revvl 6x 5G I am so happy with my new phone now thank you so much Metro (Shady and Breezy) sorry for the misspelling of your names I especially wanna show my gratitude to the district manager Rafael Lopez for listening to my problem and coming up with a solution I can't thank you enough. Metro went out of their way to show me they cared about what I was going through and helped me out. They do care about their customers.

Costumer services is bad. They have hiring signs up. But make it so difficult to get an interview. Wont even taken a phone number down. They have an assistant manger for nothing. Thinking she was going to talk to me but that was not the case. She took a look at me then want back to the back. And she knew I was there cause of the hiring signs.

This week I visited the store with my elderly parents. The store wasn't busy my parents were being attended my Elvis the name associate provided. My parents came in for a connectivity issue with their phone. Elvis was working with my parents then another customer came in with a payment issue. He skipped from servicing my parents to those customers. He didn't excuse himself instead left my parents waiting 15 minutes. Luckily another associate helped my parents. My father went to Elvis just to advise him that next time to excuse himself instead of leaving a customer waiting 15 minutes. Elvis response was to wait he was multitasking. His tone and attitude was unprofessional. I ask the owner to contact me for more details. I have been a customer of this store since 2006 and never received this type of poor service.

Highly recommend! When I asked for what I needed Matt the representative knew what to do! Fast turnaround time and customer friendly everyone is treated like family! :) METRO PCS ROCKS <3 KILLING IT WITH OVER 500MBPS DOWNLOAD / 70MB UPLOAD … I tried them all 5G spectrum bands T-Mobile is by far superior.
