Went in today to this store because I needed a new SIM card for my back up phone. It was to my pleasure to find that there is a free upgrade offer for my phone. Ruby was the highlight of my visit. She was working hard and diligently, juggling between a previous customer and myself, flawlessly may I add. I will refer my friends and family to MetroPCS at this location for their phone needs.
