I bought a phone yesterday and had issues with the speaker being broken as soon as I left, I called and they said wait until the manager comes in to exchange it. He then says I have to pay $100 and have to get the same phone. Wouldn't recommend coming here!!!

I passed by to open up a new account with my phone and Jessica was extremely helpful and cheery the entire time I was by. I would never consider going to see anyone else who works here other than Jessica. 5/5 customer service by her.

Whatever you do don't go to this store. First of all they don't do returns and if you do want to exchange your phone because it's not working or because you found that it was used! ( another customer came in while I was there upset at the reps too) you have to go to another corporate store to do that ....plus the people there are all new none of them know what they're doing I bought a phone and they couldn't sync my contacts or calendar and I tried to return it because they couldn't sync it and they threatened to call the police on me bc I was upset, very unprofessional!! In the end I had to go to another Metro PCS on Semoran and they took care of me just fine! With no charge!

This is not a proper store is a franchise store meaning they manipulate and change prices for profit if you wanna have the real customer experience call customer service and ask for corporate stores here in orlando and you will not get robbed

I Called and Justin or Dustin only told me lies about the current promos and telling me that a lot of extra features are required (security bundle, insurance and bla bla bla...... bad service he doesn't even know the promos! I try to get a family plan and he didn't want to help me he say that only 60 and 50 for 2lines that's not what the promo online says! He says that the promo online doesn't apply to that store!
