1000 stars to the Assistant Manager Jina! She is absolutely amazing and has such a kind, helping soul. She went above and beyond to help me. I'm from Texas, moved here in July 2023, been here 1 year.
My phone screen completely broke yesterday so I wasn't able to do absolutely anything. My cards were locked so I couldn't use my money. I don't really know anyone so I couldn't contact people. Just everything you could think of.
I went into metro overwhelmed and not even able to think I was so stressed. Jina helped me find a cheap phone that I could get since it'll temporary, allowed me to use her phone to contact my family in Texas AND let them send money through her for me to make my purchase. Exceptional service! I honestly do not know what I would've done without you Jina, thank you!

Today I had the opportunity to go the Metropcs Store (5920 Metropolis Way) to get a new phone. I was met with the most friendliest employees ever. JINA was the best she was patient, very informative, and she made sure I get the phone I wanted. Jina is definitely a great employee. Metropcs you should be proud.
I would make sure everyone I know goes to this location.

After signing up for Metro for the $25 /mo promo I decided to go through the eSIM activation process. It didn't go as smoothly as intended and quite frankly the customer service by Metro on the phone was quite mediocre as they advised me to delete the eSIM profile from my phone and retry again.
It doesn't help that there's a flawed policy of requiring sending a text message to verify that you are the account holder. But what happens if that phone cannot connect to the network to receive that verification code? They should have the alternative option to send an email as well for that verification process so customers don't have to go to the store and waste the time of the employees there to figure out how to fix the problem corporate caused.
On the plus side, I had the pleasure of dealing with Jina who helped me resolve the problem with connecting to the network. Although it did cost me an extra $10 for the SIM card, at least I got a working phone and saved a lot of time from going through corporate again to get my phone connected.
Until Metro figures out and improves their onboarding process, it's advised not to go through the eSIM process even if your phone was approved as it's a gamble from what I have read online. I read that also the $25 BYOD deal is available at stores as well if you ask.

I brought my brother-in-law here in this store to buy a chip for your cell phone and we were served by Jina attendant excellent personalized service and made our day change because we were sad because we didn't have good internet thank you for the great service and having changed our day 10 stars you are amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Manager Angel was more interested in discussing how a sales person could reach a higher tear of commission rather than. Waiting on the numerous customers waiting. Very rude, unprofessional and needs to be out of a job.

I came in to get my daughter a new phone line and the customer service was excellent. The staff made me laugh and they were very helpful. They answered all of my questions and were very efficient. 10/10 service.
