To Whom it may concern,Mr. Lixan Escalona gave my lady friend Joan Villarreal excellent,professional, and patient in person in english service earlier today that I was a witness to at the 1418 N. Semoran Blvd. ste 112, Orlando, Fl 32807 retail Store.Ms Villarreal has been a llocal longtime Metro (now T Mobile) customer who has not always been easy to get along with and who started off with him antagonistically when she first entered the Store. She blamed everyone, but by his listening and mentioning that her current cracked cell phone was going to die and keeping his words on point won her over to the unused phone still in the original box brought in to get a refund. By explaining to her satisfaction how to use that same phone and by installing certain applications he was able to convince that 80 yr old nontechie how to work that phone screen and be contented that she could work it to her satisfaction.Thank you for his service,time, expertise and kindness.Sincerely,Michael P. Lexon is top of the line excellent. He's friendly courteous and always professional. He has great intellect about his Job. It does not matter what you need as a customer he knows exactly what to do. Metro or any employer is very lucky to have him as their employee. He carries himself with much grace and dignity. He is at all times a gentleman and as such he is always respectful.

Lixan at metro PC is the manager he was very helpful. Grateful, I was messed up and another store for 4 months. He really helped me with a couple representative. Hes a very good guy. I would make a him 5 star.

Went into the store on Saturday to have my line switched over to the new iPhone, which I brought in myself gentleman could not activate the phone because it was purchased at T-Mobile. He refunded me the activation fee. However, I was left without service, came back to the store on Monday It was a different person behind the counter, a guy by the name of Joshua, who I explained the situation to, and asked me what I wanted him to do quite naturally I needed help because my phone was working on Saturday. My bill is due on the third, which means I’m halfway through the Billing cycle and being charged $53 when I still have another half a month paid for the gentleman refused to help me said he didn’t know what was going on. He said there was nothing he could do giving me attitude and refusing to help after I asked for him to get the manager on the phone Continue to say he would be here tomorrow when that’s not what I asked, I asked to speak to somebody and chain of command based on his poor customer, service, and knowledge of the industry and system. Now I have to be without a fool till tomorrow again, because this gentleman refused to help me and limited himself to his job title

The gentleman who is here today is very impolite when greeting and when paying, he snatches your cash and you ask for the ticket and he answers in the rudest way that his machines are not good for delivering tickets

To a big manager of Metro Today I visited this store a few minutes ago 5/22/2021 and the young man who is there today has nothing good about customer service. He didn't know how to answer anything I asked him and he treated me as if he didn't care. I changed my phone recently and I have problems, he told me that my phone was old and I bought it in November. His phone rang and he was so disrespectful that he started talking to a girl about what she was going to cook hahaha and she left me with the word in her mouth. I felt ashamed and ignored. I hope that some manager sees this message and removes him from that job because there are many out there looking for a job. Metro have to give him good training so that he learns to treat people and respect older people. Another costumer arrived and he treat him like garbage. What is happening to Metro PCS in this place ? I have been with the company for many years and my family too and in recent months we had bad experiences in this place. Why this guy if he start at 12 he was in a phone talking to a girl and flirting with a girl when he have costumer .I give him 0 in custumer service !!!!
