Terrible customer service. I went in to pay my phone bill after having a seizure in their parking lot and was $2 short to cover the service fee and the lady in the store just shrugged and wouldn't offer any solution and told me if I had a problem to call customer support. After calling support I found she could have lowered my phone bill by $10

Bright my phone in to see if they could help me buy they couldn't do I brought another phone in and they were able to help, also got the T-Mobile home Internet while I was there, it's working ok so far

If you had sprint do not change over to t mobile. Constant hang ups, signal is awfully and it’s more expensive. Can’t talk over the phone with out loosing signal. Pathetic. Might as well pay a little more and go to a different company.
