I went to pay my bill the guy behind the desk said I qualified for free tablet he rerouted the money for paying my bill to a activation fee with a commission a service fee for him and a hookup fee for him and charged me $40 for a Sim chip. Eventually me my bill was all paid and I was good put the receipt in the bag with the tablet and stapled it.
When I was home looked at the receipt realizing what he did I also noticed that commissions and service fees activation fees are non-refundable.
And I now have to pay for 2months of service at the end of the month.

Exceptional service and very helpful staff, my first time in the store and area ever 10-17-2023. I walked in and got helped immediately by the manager and got given a great deal on a new phone and service out the door same day. wonderful personality and even got service for help I didn't think was possible by utilizing there 'in house' phone to call my family to help with payment.

Do Not get the Internet package the service lags and is spotty it's good if you only stream and even then it is slow loading even near a window it saves you money because half the time it is off
