The process to rent a unit was smooth and easy. Kristin was a delight to work with as was fast and efficient. The only storage company in the area that had an actual person answering the phone when I called.

This place is a scam. I webt and bought a unit and had a friend with me and didnt know my friend prior had a unit there a while back but got kicked out because his storage unit had gotten robbed and there was no camera footage and metro storage did not want to be resposible for the robbery so they just kicked him out and he had to take a loss with all his stuff that was stolen in storage and metro storage didnt care nor even help. So un professional. So me, just showing up with that friend, just to buy my unit metro storage kicked ME out that same day but after they took my money!!!! AND even worse when they kicked me out just for being associated with my friend, "there prior customer" as well, they washed there hands with. Metro storage didnt even refund my money! There strict also scammers and if your u it gets stolen from they do NOT help you. Do not leave your stuff in metro storage units!
