My husband and I spent close to 25 years in Orlando before our jobs brought us West. We rented out our Orlando Condo for awhile, but then decided to sell it. We contacted a few Orlando agents and Metro City (Beatrice Miranda) was BY FAR the most responsive and engaged. We were nervous about selling a place from 2,500 miles away but Beatrice did EVERYTHING. She met with our tenant, advised us on the improvements we should make, coordinated painters, photographers, everything. Once listed, our place sold in one month at a desirable price. She continued to be engaged and facilitated closing efforts. Thank you, Beatrice, for making what we thought was going to be a stressful situation so easy and painless!

My husband and I have used the services of Bea Miranda several times to buy and sell properties and would recommend her without hesitation. She is speedy, efficient and keeps on top of the buying or selling process from beginning to the conclusion. As we were out of town for our sale she took care of the numerous items big and small that needed to be seen to on our property. All with enthusiasm, humor and care which is her hallmark.

Bea Miranda is simply the best. She went way and above what a real estate broker is, and to limit any description of Bea to that would be unjust. Bea stopped by numerous times to have a cup of tea with my mom, who was very disoriented by the whole idea of selling her home. Bea talked me through things, managed the upgrades and needed repairs in order to maximize the sale of this home, etc. Simply aces.
