We were in town for the Rolling Stones concert in Orlando. We used Mears to get to the event, no issues. Called Mears to get transportation back to our hotel after the concert. We were told to wait at a specific place near Jones high school. We did. Yes, it was busy and crazy after the concert. After waiting for about 45 min. called Mears back and was told they were no longer providing cabs in that area. They didn't have enough drivers. Were they ever going to contact us and let us know, no!We simply walked less than a mile to Orange Blossom Road. We secured a Lyft in less than 3 minutes and we're brought back to our hotel safely.How do you run a taxi/cab business and not be prepared for events right in the neighborhood your located in?How do you feel comfortable with stranding customers at 12:30 am in the morning?No help or suggestions were given by their "customer service"So...are cab/taxi businesses struggling because of other ride shares?Yes!I'll never use Mears again.Have your ride share apps ready when in Orlando and save yourself a lot of hassle!

Excellent service. Only issue was our arrival at Orlando and not knowing where to go. Otherwise the perfect way to get to Disney if you're not renting a car.

Booked a trip from Disney to MCO and my shuttle showed up exactly on time, to the minute. It was a shuttle van and the driver, Robert, was great. He was.personable, making nice conversation (but also was perceptive enough to stop talking if it seemed like people were tired). He had some interesting local facts to share as well. Also checked in to make sure the temperature was comfortable.Would definitely book this again based on my experience today!

Careful driver and she (Alix) was very personable. She got us to our destination in a timely manner considering time of day and traffic congestion! Hope she is the driver who returns us to the airport!

We’ve been using the Mears transportation system for over 20 years and have never had a problem. During our last trip on May 23rd, our driver Eric was absolutely exceptional. He asked everyone where they were from, discussed sports teams, and then ran a fun Disney trivia game that was very engaging for the children and adults as well. Most entertaining trip ever—thanks!!

My go to for transportation from the airport to Disney World! The booking process is fairly straightforward and easy. All of the drivers I've had have been friendly and great.

Easy enough when found & drop off was at a complimentary baggage check in (legit in front of us) so that was great.Driver was good too, made sure we didn’t get crashed into when 2 cars crashed right in front of us!
