Absolutely wonderful experience on this Mayors store. When I discovered this in 2021, I kept coming back to this store. I started working with Wann and I am working with him since then. He is very helpful and knowledgable. Kudos to Kevin as well. I live 2 hours away and I dont mind driving if I need something to purchase. Highly recommended!

As a part of the Mayors Sales Team, Dan provided me with a memorable experience. He engaged me in conversations to determine my needs and sizes for a perfect watch fit. Great shopping experience! In December of 2023, Mayors assisted me with purchasing a very particular Rolex model that was quite difficult to procure in the past few years. I was determined to buy the watch from the AD, as buying a timepiece from the authorized Rolex dealer is an unforgettable experience in itself - especially after you hunted that particular watch and resisted the urge of buying it from the gray market.From the moment I walked into the store, to the moment I brought the timepiece home, Mayors ensured that I was taken care of by engaging in ongoing communication. I worked with Kevin Phillips who was very attentive, accommodating, and cordial - a true professional. This has been the best shopping experience I have ever had with any jeweler by far.

I bought my first Rolex at the Millenia Mall location. I was super nervous. Mr. Wann Chong was very patient, knowledgeable and made sure I was purchasing the right watch. I made my profile on a Monday, and I received my watch the very next day. I was super excited. If anyone is interested in purchasing a Rolex, I highly recommend Mr. Chong.
