Opened on July 8, 2014 in Diagon Alley, Magical Meagerie is one of my favorite stores in the Wizarding World because it sells all of the magical animals whether they be furry, feathered, or fanged. They have an assortment of unicorns, Pygmy Puffs, owls, Cornish pixies, nifflers, bowtruckles, snakes, and dragons or bring home your very own Aragog, Crookshanks, Fang, Buckbeak, Fawkes, Fluffy, and Scabbers, Hedwig, or Sirius Black in his dog form. Animals from the Harry Potter and the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them films are represented. One thing to note, the adoption ceremonies of the Pygmy Puffs which are very handy to have because they eat ear wax, only take place in Weasley's Wizard Wheezes so if you are buying one with a child, you might want to purchase there for the full experience. The magic begins when you look inside the windows and can see the animals move. The Fwooper in the window is an interactive wand location and if you have the wand you can make it sing. Next to the Fwooper are the giant toads. Inside the store you can practice parseltongue with a snake. In addition to the plushies and puppets they also sell T-shirts, leggings, treat containers, collars, pins, magnets, ornaments, key chains, nightgowns, robes, slippers, blankets, and mugs. Like all of the Wizarding World stores it's cramped and they pack a lot in. Be sure to look up because the detail is amazing like the mice who jump rope and do acrobatics. The niffler was my favorite and almost went home with me until I caught him emptying out my purse! I may just get the triple x classified Fwooper instead if I can get the license from the Ministry of Magic and if I practice my silencing spell.

This is a magical place, where is got myself a small box of nosebleed nougat, which is made up of three marshmallows, covered in chocolate with white pearl toppings. I also got myself a Halloween mask which is a big mouth with teeth made of recycled material. It’s truly something that I can use to scare my brothers and my friends!! I tasted the Nosebleed Nougat, which I couldn’t finish, since it was too sweet for me! Nonetheless, this shop is definitely something that little kids, as well as other Potterheads will enjoy!

The store design, the staff, the interactive elements are all amazing and so fun. I love popping in here. I will say the stuffed animals feel really lack luster and they haven't added any new ones... the merch has barely changed in years. I was disappointed that the one item I had seen them add (the thestral plush) wasn't there anymore.

This shop will have you looking to adopt a magical creature for your household or to keep you company as you are whisked off to Hogwarts or another Wizarding School! Plenty of plush creatures to behold- some you know from Harry Potter and others from Fantastic Beasts. Be sure to look all around, including up! The edge of the ceiling provides great mystical creatures to gaze upon! Not to mention the giant snake in the side window of the store- leading to the alleyway. You can also find apparel to go with the magical creatures!

This is the most incredibly adorably creature shop, my daughter cannot get enough of it. She was dying to finally get here and purchase the Neapolitan kitty she had her eye on for years. She tells me this is the only shop in the park that sells this creature. Some other creatures are possibly only found at this location. The entire shop is very magical. So many unique creatures, many of them are animated and interactive. You must pay attention to all of the fine detailing and theming here. It is an amazing experience to those who love the creatures in this world. If you have the time and are in the park, I recommend getting your plush creatures either here or inside the Weasley Wizard shop to truly take part in this universe. You can also take advantage of having your furry friend shipped to the hotel if you are staying on property if you do not want to carry it around. On the other hand, I see many guests proudly displaying their favorite characters and plush toys around the park and just storing them in the free lockers available at the more intense rides. While these shops do tend to get pricey, especially if you have a hard time choosing and want to purchase many of the fun stuffies here, it is worth buying at least one or two unique toys from this Universal shop. The tri colored cat was about $25, not too bad. The smaller once seem to be around $17-20, and the larger ones around $35-38. This is a must visit store whether you buy anything or not simply for the experience of their awesome world of fantastic creatures.

Looking for a magical creature? Better check out Magical Menagerie. The shop has a plethora of cute stuffed animals, puppets, shirts and other memorabilia dedicated to the magical creatures of the wizarding world. Hedwig, Buckbeak, Fang, Crookshanks, Pixies, Dragons and more can be found here. They also have an adorable Hedwig backpack I will definitely be getting in the future. I got an adorable magical creatures shirt here. It fits great and has a wonderful design. Be sure to check out the snakes in the window. They're so life like it's scary. The shop staff is always so friendly as well.

Cool shop! Tons of different HP animals in stuffed plushie form and, in keeping with the whole Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal, a beautifully done interior. They have the python from the first movie (not the original, I imagine) in a side alley that is worth checking out.Even if you don’t want a stuffed animal this shop is worth a looksee, if only to nerd out.

This is a small, not too crowded, very cute shop. It is mainly a plush shop, although they do sell some mini statues and other stuff like t-shirts. It is meant to be a magical pet shop so all the plushies are magical creatures. There is a lot of choice, although to be honest I wish there would have been even more, because there were barely any creatures introduced in the Fantastic Beast franchise. There are also fun puppet plushies which I enjoyed even as an adult. They do sell Pygmy Puffs, but they do not do the naming ceremony like in Weasley's Wizard Weezes. The decoration was super cute and included tons of magical creatures. I also personally think that the items are not as overpriced as everything else in the park, which is a plus. (It's still expensive though) Definitely a place to visit with children or if you just like stuffed animals.

A souvenir store where you can pick up stuffed animal versions of pets and other animals from the world of Harry Potter. There is Crookshanks, Scabbards, Nagini, Hedwig and other creatures I am forgetting. Located across from Florean and Fontescue Ice Cream. Definitely worth a visit.

My wife loves stuffed animals and plushes so we had to stop here. She enjoyed looking at all the stuffed toys and trying to decide just which one she wanted. There are a variety of stuffed animals from the Harry Potter universe here so take the time to make your pick.
