I purchased a cute Minnie Mouse zippered jacket at the Magic of Disney store at the Orlando airport on January 2, 2024. After wearing it one day the fabric has LOTS of pilling, making it look worn and not at all like a new article of clothing. Not the quality I would expect from the Disney brand. And of course I can’t return it because I have left Florida.

Adorable Disney store at the Orlando International Airport!I was waiting at the airport for a while because my flight got pushed back to later. So I decided to kill some time and look around. I found this Disney store and was pleasantly surprised by what they had. They actually have some decent things! I excepted them to have very little and not a huge variety, but I was wrong. They actually had a little of everything. Some Disney 100, some Star Wars, some backpacks, socks, cups/ mugs, keychains, shirts/ sweaters, and pillows. I was very surprised at what they had. Lots of cute things!

Horrible experience - and huge disappoint in Disney as a brand. Spent a lot of money on going to Disney parks - staying at resort - buying merchandise - and the customer service for when something goes wrong is atrocious for such a huge organization that makes billions.My mother in law bought my daughter a 100th anniversary sweatshirt for $49.99 (not cheap) - I washed it before putting it on my daughter. After following the instructions on how to wash it - I took it out of the laundry and the colors washed out. My daughter wasn’t even able to wear it - because of the way that it looked. I went to a Disney store a few days later - and asked to exchange it for the same sweatshirt - and showed the damaged products - where the manager, Evelyn - from El Salvador - of the store at MCO international airport refused to exchange it for us - although they had the same sweater in stock - she said she didn’t know it came from their store. It was clearly disney apparel as they had the exact sweater there that was just bought a few days ago. Very appalled by the customer service of this brand.Picture is after 1 wash (as per directions on item) - never worn - washed before putting on baby.

October 2023:It's the first shop stop for Disney merchandise when you arrive at the airport and last shop on your way out. This store is stocked with the same merchandise found on the Disney property. The cast members are very friendly and helpful. If excited about your Disney vacation trip then like me will pickup a few items here, and if you have the Disney Chase Visa Card then I believe you get a 10% discount like on WDW property.

Associate Carlos and team went out of his/their way to find a sweater for me on a mannequin! He went to the other store, asked his coworkers, and made phone calls. The sweater was found and in the right size! Best customer service ever!! ??

Typical airline store to buy last minute gifts to bring home to family and friends. The staff was friendly enough and the store is attractive enough to draw you in.Disney was the first major theme park here in Orlando and it is still an iconic presence in Orlando. Fitting there are stores in the airport hawking their wares.

This store is located inside the Orlando airport and has lots of Disney goodies to buy. Who needs to go to Disney LOL One good thing is that if you have a Passholder's card, you can get the same discount that is available at Downtown Disney and the Disneyworld theme parks!

Good clean large Disney store we visited. It is very clean and offers a wide variety of things to purchase. Nice store that is worth checking out while in the airport

Staff were very helpful! The selection here is basic, but it was fun shopping while we waiting to get though security.I was hoping that there would be a large selection of Christmas ornaments, but was happy with the single one I got!
