I like the personal relationship with Jim at Magic Audio. He gives me quotes when I'm shopping for gear, and takes the time to share his advice and experience. Just now, instead of responding to an email about a little part for a tripod stand, he picked up the phone and called me. Great customer service. That's why several national tours (you wouldn't believe who I have run in to in his showroom) get their gear from Magic Audio.
