Honestly if it wasn’t for decent customer service on Maggie Alexander’s side of this problem this would be lower but I have been a customer for over 2 years and have never missed payments, never had an issue with anything until today. We realized through email that our rate was significantly lower this month on Friday when our statement came through email so we called and asked why. This company proceeded to tell us that we were no longer insured through State Farm due to “Excessive use of the policy” and “accident history” which happened well before we were insured by State Farm. The “excessive use” was 2 tow truck calls within two years for my car that had coolant issues… no warning either that there might be stipulations of that upon making the request for the tow truck… I understand if there was an accident or something but something minor like this? Really? Also they won’t review this because we’ve been with them for 2 years and not 3… pretty convenient but I can tell you this. Also if we are signed up for emails and texts how did we not get any information from corporate or our agent?We will NEVER be insured by State Farm again after this.

Total lack of service or care. Had my insurance canceled by Citizens twice for easy fix issues, never got a call from them suggesting options. Seems like 9000/year premiums should warrant just a little concern and follow up.?
