I came in a few years ago but thought it was overpriced so didn't buy... Fast forward to recently - I saw a piece they sold in a buddies office that I liked. We just bought a new office building so I called to get the piece and ordered it. When I went in to pick it up I saw two used pieces of the exact unit in the main office area so I inquired about getting both and asked why they didn't tell me about those when I called for that exact unit. I think it was the owner or manager who responded with "we don't know everything we have in stock, look at our warehouse". He did say the units had been there a while too... I responded with, "this is in your office area 15 feet from where you sit all day - we are not talking about anything buried in your warehouse". He didn't get it... They said I could buy the two units but they would have to charge me 25% of my original item as a "restock fee" on top of the price of the two used units. I asked about the terms and where I agreed to that. They said it was the "industry standard". Clearly they are not attorneys because adding terms to an agreement after the fact is not allowed but I was not about to go there with these "Mad Men". I told them if they are not going to let me purchase more furniture from them then I will simply take the unit I ordered, leave, and call it a day - no sweat off my back. Long story short, I was not happy with the ethics of the men running this company and will not do business with them again. They do not put the customer first and clearly have a business sense to step over dollars to pick up dimes...

We got filing cabinets, chairs, etc. and couldn't be happier. Good quality, great price and delivery too! They saved us tons of money over new furniture and the staff was very helpful getting us what we need. We will definitely buy more from them.

A good place for office furniture, although their selection of used furniture is quite meager. New furniture selection is plentiful and the customer service is superb. The salesman patiently showed me around and answered all my questions, along with a pot of helpful suggestions. I was quite impressed.

Called to inquire about a couple of chairs I'm on the lookout for. The gentlemen that answered the phone simply replied 'no' , and he didn't even attempt to tell me about other options. I think that interaction is pretty telling, customer service wise. Spend your money wisely :)
