Frances was a huge help. I contacted her due to a bill. She was not the correct contact person, but she happily connected me to the correct person. Then, Frances contacted with me at a later date to be sure that all issues were taken care of. I was very please with the costumer service and personal care I was giving with the issue at hand. It is my first time purchasing a new house in FL. My friends introduced several insurance brokers to me. The reason I choose LRA is their good service. I can always speak with someone in the company by phone and all of them are nice and patient. of course, they also listed several choices of the insurance, that is very helpful. I feels comfortable with their excellent service. They are the best among other 3 brokers in FL which I contacted. I will feed back to my friends.

Let me tell you how Lanette Calloway representing LRS Insurance: She is marvelous, courteous, capable and a professional of her behavior. If it was not for her inter-personal skills keeping me in the realm of LRS Insurance, I would have not probably stayed with them. She was absolutely instrumental in engaging with her customer to find an amicable resolution, that’s professionalism, and it is why I stayed with her & with LRS Insurance.
