Good gym with just enough equipment to get a solid workout in. Having someone at the front has been great to keep people from bringing all their annoying friends lol. This gym really is exclusive to only residents and I love it.

Definitely not open 24/7 but it's a wonderful gym exclusive to Laureate Park residents only. I love coming here when I don't feel like going to my regular local gym. You have to use the neighborhood app to reserve your spot and check-in with the front desk person; limited to about 12 people per hour. No guests allowed so don't bother trying lol - It's nice because it keeps the gym private. The equipment is by "Technogym" so you can download the "My Wellness" app and keep track of your sessions by logging in to your account when using a treadmill, bicycle, and some machines. Bathrooms are clean too but no private lockers. For a community, it's a great gym.
