Husband ordered a shop vac for store pick up and gave him an open product with a broken vacuum. Good thing he checked before leaving the store. This place has horrible customer service. they didn't have any more and didn't make it right. Waste of gas an time only.

There is definitely something wrong with the management of this store. Their management ability is questionable. In particular, the service staff in the paint work area are nowhere to be seen during working hours and their service attitude is very bad.

I hate to give reviews when they are bad, but this store absolutely deserves it, they absolutely suck.
Everything was going well with this store until I had installation/deliveries setup through them. Their customer support will either constantly have you waiting on hold to then hang up on you or immediately hang up when they hear that they delivered an item with a missing part.
I ordered an electric range and received it with a missing trim kit, they sent me in circles through all their departments to get someone to help me, to then finally tell me to reach out to the manufacturer to get that piece through warranty (even though I never received it in the first place so why warranty?) and then after contacting the manufacturer I was told Lowes is supposed to provide that piece.
After reaching back out to this store, they pulled the same tricks again where they constantly say “hold for one moment” then hang up the line. Disgusting behavior.

BEWARE ---- Every since Lowes has allowed "Sun Run" sales people to put on Lowes uniforms you need to watch out for high pressure sales pitch. They'll approach you as if they're Lowes Employee asking you if need help finding anything. Your guard is down as they are baiting you into a high pressure sales pitch. It starts off with them asking for your address to check if your house can have solar panels and to get out free information. You be like hmm... if give them that maybe they leave me along and can go and all I have to do is just throw out the information from the mail. They next thing they ask is for your phone number to "confirm" the address. **** This is when it turns sour because they're now inviting themselves over to your house. You're stuck in an uncomfortable position of trying to get a stranger, that just walked up to you in Lowes, to un-invite themselves from your house. All I wanted to do it buy some stupid clips to hang garland up for the holidays. Now I'm angry and pissed off writing this... Thanks Lowes for ruining my afternoon.

Don’t trust the delivery from this place.. I ordered 65 bags of mulch and 8 gardenias, the gardenias came so late outside the delivery window I had to do my clients job the next day.
THEN the call me and say the black mulch I ordered wasn’t in stock even though their site says they have over 9000 in stock. The lady who called me who’s I guess the receiving manager was rude and wouldn’t comp my delivery and just said she could get me a different color.
After trying to call customer service and talking to 6 different robots I’ve decided to just take my business to Home Depot and never return to Lowe’s.
Buyer beware.

Horrible Costomer Service! Attitudes of employees were that of us bothering them to help us. Folded flooring causing creasing and dimples in the material. Talked to a manager who agreed to recut flooring, giving a code for a cheaper price. Got home (an hour away) to discover we were sold the wrong flooring and why we were giving the code. This location won't be one I return to any time soon.

Had a terrible experience with the AC that was installed through Lowe’s authorized dealer ARS Rescue Rooter, constant problems with a newly installed AC and a lack of responsiveness from management. Going back to getting my AC’s from English Air.

Awful customer service.
Do not ever buy flooring from this store because if you do it’s not actually buying it from Lowe’s and you are entering a world of hurt. Have a problem and contact the store they tell you to contact the vendor. Contact the vendor and they tell you to contact the 1-800 number. Call the 1-800 number and they tell you to contact the store. Impossible to get the contracted work done correctly and completely.
They do not care about the customer in any sense. Stay away!

Had a issue at self checkout. Rude assistant asked what I was trying to do. I said pay and she got snotty walked off and joined 2 other employees who were not helping anyone playing on their phones. Hire people who want to work lowes you can do better !!!
