I got what I needed, everything there is is incredible and the service, especially from the tool staff, is remarkable. Without knowing little or no English, they helped me and oriented me quickly to find two products.

I only needed a 10" piece of pipe. I wanted in the car, incase we get a flat tire and need to change it. The tire iron they give you is very short and don't want to be stuck on the side of the road. Trying to get the lug nuts off. That should do the trick.

Closed Garden Center early because it’s “thunderstorming”…it’s Florida - that literally happens every day….several times a day! I drove here specifically for work supplies, Manager responds sarcastically “We’re closed buddy - Have a nice day”. Just say “Screw you customers and small business”.

The store was well stocked and organized. Employees were friendly and willing to help. I was trying to order something and get it shipped to Puerto Rico, but I was unable to, but this was not the store or the employees fault, it is more an issue with Lowe's policies and complications with receiving merchandise at the ports in PR.

I’ve tried calling a thousand times and no one picks up the phone! Is so frustrating!!!! Is definitely not the Lowe’s that I used to know. The lack of employees and customer service is appalling!!!! I wonder if there’s even a manager in the store. Really really sad.

A WASHING MACHINE AND THAT THE DELIVERY IS “ANOTHER COMPANY THAT THEY HIRE” BECAUSE THAT COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL WASHING MACHINES AND THEY CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR HOME AND LOWES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE ONE WHO DOES THE DELIVERY AND THE INSTALLATION
I DON'T BUY
WASHER WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THE COMOREM WITH YOU THEREFORE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE PROPERTY. I HAVE BEEN TO THE STORE SEVERAL TIMES AND THE SUPERVISOR JUAN SIMPLY SAYS THAT SINCE THE CASE IS CLOSED THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING BUT WHEN HE IS TOLD
ASK WHY IS CLOSE IT?
AND HE DOESNT KNOW!!!!
They tell me to call and when you call them, they say to wait 48 hours and like that a month has passed, we have been to the store many times and they do not solve!!!!
Se hablo con Juan se hablo con Mike se hablo con Horario y ninguno resuelve, siempre te dice que te van a llamar y es mentira solo hacen notas en el sistema según para que creas que están atendiendo el caso y no atienden nada…
Las personas que hacen el delivery se llaman RXO y no te resuelven simplemente te cierran el caso.

Tired of Lowes advertising one price on the shelves and then when you go to pay, the item is higher. Today's item was $7 higher than the $39 they claimed the cost was as per the sticker. I took the time to find the only employee I saw in the store besides the one guy watching all the self checkout lanes and his reply was he didn't know anything and could not help me. The cash register watcher asked if he could assist but then who would watch the registers and do all the security and answering questions for the front halve of the store? In case you didn't know, false advertising of your prices is illegal Lowes!
